A bit late here, hi! Go to "Song Setup" and check if the "Widescreen Support" is ticked in the "Design" tab.'
Otherwise, using your current skin, open it up and make a 1x1 pixel image. Then, save the image as "masking-border". Don't forget to reload by pressing "Ctrl", "Alt", "Shift" and "S" keys altogether.
