I can't help but wonder how one would even manage to find a shrinkwrapped 9800GT. I have to admit, that's kind of impressive.
That card is literally 8 years old, using one makes no sense whatsoever. Oh, so you had an even worse graphics card before ? That's nice, but you could literally use an integrated GPU in a modern-ish Intel CPU and it would perform better. Or you could grab whatever cheap ass modern graphics card you can afford and it would be better as well.

A lot has happened to GPU performance in those 8 years, that 9800GT performs even worse than a GT730 which there isn't even a market for.

I don't see a reason for a newer PC. I'm not the greedy shithole kind of guy who needs a good PC just for the sake of having one. This one served me well for 4 years.

I see nothing wrong with living in a shitty country. He was born there, he currently lives there, and he might even die there, depending on his luck in life. Just because his country has the asshole as wide as Jupiter's diameter because of Russia and Murica contesting around it, doesn't mean he can't live a nice life. Sadly, he won't have the luxuries many rich Europeans or Muricans have.
I know for a fact that here, building a PC would cost me more than building the same shit in Sweden. Sweden might be the poorest Scandi country around, but they fucking melt gold into houses from all their riches, so it's not even comparable. Same goes for Poorgentina.
