[Archived] Osu! low fps and high input latency

Problem details:
Osu! used to work perfectly fine, but when I had to reinstall windows and all my drivers, the frame rate was capped at 60 fps and the input latency was around 17-20ms. Compatibility mode worked until I relaunched osu! a second time and the frame rate capped at 15fps and input latency at 60-80ms.
I'm running on an AMD Radeon RX 5700XT Gaming OC and AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor.

I've already tried the steps on there but the problem persists

Are you still capped at 60 or 15fps? In the screenshot you posted, the FPS display says 60. If so, you probably have something capping your FPS to that. Perhaps some Vsync setting in your graphics card drivers that you missed.

It's still at 60fps which is definitely better than 15. I have checked the graphics card drivers and disabled all Vsync settings but it didn't really do anything

Did you manage to get this fixed? If not how did you get from 15fps to 60? I'm capped at 15 unless I go to windowed but then there's the input latency issue.
