Some people are streaming 300bpm (1/4 rhythm),
Some other people can't stream at all, 0bpm.
The average is 150bpm. :D

I think the average is 180-200 if you don't consider stamina (raw speed).
But for stable and long streams, it's for sure lower, maybe 150-170.

Firsts low bpm bursts and streams are on 3*. (and some rare 2* very low bpm)
You can learn about how streams works at any rank.

Useful stuff about streams in this video :

Have fun :)

Are you talking about burst streams, streams, or deathstreams? If it's burst streams then it's pretty bad, if it's streams you're below average, if it's deathstreams then you're alright ig. Anyways it's pretty good for a person that's starting out, work on it and who knows, you might be the next merami

I thought getting to ~200bpm streams (not deathstreams but like 15 to 30 note) streams was pretty normal? But yeah, it is true that it's not asked which speed you meant.

Personally I've been getting much better at 180-190bpm recently, but I can't do 150 anymore, rip.

Theres not really much of a consensus on an average osu player, because the player base is kind of never counted properly and no one cares enough

Some top players can't even stream 240bpm deathstreams properly lel, let alone 5/6-digits with 200bpm.

I never tried practicing stream ability separately on a stream practice map because I never seem to get the timing right because its too artificial. I have been able to deathstream 160bpm though. Not too fast but at least I don't overstream and its incredibly satisfying for me, so that's enough. prolly like 200+bpm for burst like 3-5-7 notes, working on speed right now to get used to 200+bpm songs.
