redragon makes good cheap mech keyboards, I have the K551 rgb, it was ~$50 USD and uses outemu blues, there might be a brown version, idk. great build quality for the price too.
are there better keyboards? definitely. are they as cheap as redragon? no.

its pretty loud tho; blue switches and bottoming out the keys is very loud.

Edit: seems since I bought mine they have made a version with red switches, and it's cheaper

There is also the option of buying used ones. For example I see quite a lot of used Ducky keyboards for decent prices, although that might not be the case in all cities ofc.

I use the Tecware Phantom RGB. Really great value for price. The build quality is solid and it doesn't have a cheap looking design like other budget mech keyboards. https://www.tecware.co/phantom

if you want something cheap from a known brand, i reccomend getting the ck552. keyboard lasts for a long time and costs $80, which is pretty cheap for a board of its price.

if budget is your #1 priority, the e-element z77 is pretty good, though it dies fast.

Do you want to use the keyboard for other stuff too? If not using for others, you can simply get a mechanical keypad instead, the 20% keyboard with 9 numbered keys and additional keys (home, + - etc).

I got a Varmilo, Cherry MX brown since I use it purely for osu to play on a laptop. It is also sufficient for other game modes except mania if you wish to play more than 4k.

It may be the same price as some cheap full keyboard, but this is great quality assuming your needs only covers osu. Depends on your budget since, you might actually spend less money on quality rather than a short-term cheap one.
