Episode 1
Hello everyone! Welcome to the first episode of my cooking show, Binging with Nedd83!
This week, we are going to make the Coffee Jelly from Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan.
Take some gelatin and then mix it in with some fresh filtered coffee in a pot on high heat and use a big spoon to mix it well.
After mixing it thoroughly, Put the mixture in some ramekins and chuck them in the refri- No.. Don't chuck it, i was just joking.
So now gently place the ramekins in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until its wiggly-jiggly but also has structual integrity.
Hmm... it tastes like coffee. It is jello. What's there not to like about it?

Episode 2
Hello everyone! Welcome back to Binging with Nedd83!
Today, we are going to make the Squid Ink Pasta from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure!
Take some flour and put it in the bowl of a Stand Mixer along with 4 large eggs.
Take some Cuttlefish Ink and put some into the bowl and mix it in with the eggs. Once you reach a slushy-like consistency, mix everything in with the Stand Mixer until you make some Dough.
Wrap the Dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in room temperature for 30 minutes.
Now, take the dough and use a rolling pin to flatten out the dough until it is very thin and then fold it into 1/3 and flatten the dough again. Do that for about 5 times or so.
Now, take a knife and then slice the flattened dough into spaghetti, you need to go for very thin and long slices.
Now's the time to make the sauce. Chop some onions and saute them in a skillet for a few minutes, then crush some garlic and de-glaze with some white wine.
Add some crushed tomatoes and some squid ink.
Add your pasta to some boiling water and cook it for about a minute, since you made your own fresh pasta, it cooks alot faster.
When your pasta is cooked, add it into the skillet with some of the pasta water and mix everything until the sauce is creamy.
Plate up and enjoy the delicious pasta that you made.

Binging with Nedd83: The neddSics 1
Hello everyone! Welcome to a sub-series of Binging with Nedd83, The neddSics!
In this series, i am going to stop binging for once in my goddamn life and give you some great recipes from the show called "Real Life", where you people star in!
This time, we are gonna make Pizza, and we are gonna learn how to make it good.
Take some water juice and put it in the bowl of the stand mixer, in a seperate bowl, mix some yeast and salt into flour.
Combine everything until it is some Dough and knead it for some time.
Let that dough proof in an oiled bowl wrapped with plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Flatten the dough and smear some tomato sauce (not the english kind) on it and add a whole bunch of mozzarella cheese on top of it.
Cook it in a very hot oven on a pizza stone for about 10 - 15 minutes or so.
Now you have pizza. Tune in for next time where we cook Beef.
