AR: Approach Rate, which is the speed of the approach circle. The higher it is, the faster the speed.
CS: Circle Size, pretty self-explanatory. The higher it is, the smaller the circle.
OD: Overall Difficulty, which is the timing you have to click to considered not getting miss. The higher it is, the stricter the timing.
Both of them can be modified here:
