Which version should I get? I'm honestly a little confused here. The only difference I see between the two is that the CTH 480 and CTH 680 has touch, and the CTL doesn't. I just want a tablet for osu, so touch would seem useless for me. I'd just like some opinions on it, though.

CTL 480 and CTH 480 make no difference for playing osu! (you would likely disable touch for the CTH either way).
The CTH 680 is a considerably bigger version of the CTH 480, and the CTH 480 is already quite big for playing osu! (you would likely configure the tablet to use a smaller area than the maximum the tablet supports).

Well if you want my opinion, I wouldn't get a CTH or CTL 480, there's way cheaper tablets already that are similar performance wise. Especially considering you just started playing, you might not even like the Playstyle.
