You should barely see a little bit of the tablet's power led glowing there.
If you want to capture a glow, turn on a big but not all too strong lamp, turn off the flash, decrease the shutter time and use a tripod or a makeshift tripod

My apologies for the shoddy image, i cant seem to be able to hold still the camera, and had to post process it a bit to make it look less dumb.
Mousepad is at mothers place, forgot it.
Its a tad cramped, but i can get used to it.

Because i switch between parts somewhat often. I had just recently plug in mothers old laptop hard drive to recover some of her old files for instance.

Well your setup is still rather stupid considering how unergonomic it, not to mention that using a tv as a main monitor is quite dumb, you have no space for your mouse, have a shit keyboard and you seem to be running on a low end machine considering the OS.
