What is your opinion on the font smoothing technologies Windows uses with ClearType compared to Quartz Font Smoothing on Mac OS? Go google the differences if you don't know shit about either.

Listen to either some baroque or relaxing music, take short breaks after every hour and use coloured pens to write short notes (Not that I'm doing it anyway, huh...)

I recommend some relaxation, by stepping away from the computer if possible. If that doesn't fix it, put up with it unless you want to go to the doctors.
