The katana is way too bended. Base yourself on that picture to get the shape right.
If her skirt is floating why isn't her hair floating as well ?
Left shoulder looks larger than the right one (youmu's right, that is our left)
Skirt is too short (?)
The left eye (youmu's left) is bigger than the right one
The position is awfully unnatural
right eyebrow is higher than left one
the knot should be orientated the other way around
etc

This is from like 2 (actually 1.5) years ago... and my signature sucks really badly. I don't really draw.. like ever.. I only do if I'm really bored nowadays, which will probably happen sooner or later since I'm on summer vacation now.

Straight-up 3/4ths or full front view is also a pretty boring pose.
Generally speaking, you want dynamic, flowing poses that direct the viewer's attention somewhere as opposed to a straight-on view. Something to note for future pieces, try doing pore action-y, dynamic poses, instead of still 3/4ths or full.

Well it was a wip, the skirt looks short 'coz I suck at cloth wrinkles I was planning to make her legs folded (ok how do I describe that.. somewhat like sitting pretty?) and the blade was curved because of her angle.
I was really doubting that face shape
and the emotion.
