Originally I made three screencaps for this, but then I realised most of its value lies in the delivery, so here's a video link:

Anybody that has watched school days knows what this qoute is about. One of the most memorable quotes of all time imo
(SPOILER ALERT)
“Just as I thought, it was a lie. There’s no one inside.”

Hey, CLANNAD had nice scenes.

Also, about fansub fails, you can see a lot of them here, but the funniest for me are:

I didn't read the VN and that made me giggle.

Eh, is that Daiteikoku?

If so, It's been fully translated?

Technically the game was fully translated by the TLWiki group but it had a rather nasty glitch in Ran-senpai's route which would get to a section of text where you could not pass and it would be unable to save at all.
Unless of course you:
  1. Saved prior to the glitched section
  2. Took the ENG patch out of the directory
  3. Loaded the save and got past it by one or two sentences
  4. Saved
  5. Reinstalled the ENG patch into the directory and continued on.
But regardless I'm highly looking forward to my official copy from J-List arriving whenever it comes to being released, same with Eien no Aselia.

Moving back on-topic, I still laugh at some of the ridiculously stupid (pointless) TL notes added into anime.
I forget which group it was but they were kind enough to add on a section after the episode had finished explaining all of the references and other additional information necessary.

Also I spoiled myself a bit and decided to watch Steins; Gate and oh my, there is quite a few rather humourous statements in that.

Send meeeeeee the core or whatever files you need for it to work plsssssssss

I do wonder how many of these "Anime quotes" are actually only funny because of the translation.

Well at least it's one of the reasons why subs>dubs. ヽ(´ー`)ノ

There were so many self-ironic sentences to quote in Mayo Chiki. It's like they actually knew how bad their show was... well they probably did know how bad it was.

B Gata H kei

seeing how there's a LOT of sex quotes B Gata H Kei has a ton of them go watch the anime for all of them
