  1. Players may register as a team or as a free agent
  2. All players must stay within the rank range until the end of player registrations
  3. Staff may not participate except for GFX artists, Streamers, and Commentators
  4. For any team changes, please use the #team-changes channel on the discord server.
No registrations will be accepted after March 29th 23:59 UTC


Screening


  1. All players are required to be in the discord server before screening ends
  2. Screening will be performed by osu! staff
  3. Please contact accounts@ppy.sh for any concerns regarding screening as we’re not given any reasoning as to why a player was screened
  4. BWS formula is rank ^ (0.9937 ^ (badges ^ 2)/1)


Qualifier Procedures


  1. Each team will sign up for a lobby during qualifiers week
    Players will be pinged 15 minutes before a match, and invites will be sent 5 minutes before a match
  2. If a team does not join 10 minutes after the lobby’s listed time, they will have to schedule for another lobby
  3. If your team is unable to participate in any of the lobbies’ time, you may schedule a custom lobby before qualifiers end as long as there is an available referee
  4. Every map will be played ONCE in order from NM1 to FM1
  5. Teams are allowed to switch out players in between maps
  6. If a player disconnects during the first 30 seconds of a map, they may replay the map at the end of the lobby
  7. Seeding will be calculated using the Z-Sum formula

Match Procedures


  1. Teams will be pinged 15 minutes before the match, and invites will be sent 5 minutes before the match
  2. If either team is missing 10 minutes after the scheduled match time, they will lose their bans
  3. If either team is missing 15 minutes after the scheduled match time, the present team will win by default unless a reschedule is agreed upon by both teams
  4. If both teams are missing, they may reschedule their match
  5. Both teams are allowed 1 warm up, but may choose to not play one
  6. Warmups must be picked within 90 seconds or else the team loses the warm up
  7. Warmups must not exceed 4 minutes
  8. After warmups (if applicable), the captains of each team must type !roll into the chat
  9. The winner of the roll may decide the pick or ban order, with the loser of the roll deciding the other choice
  10. Teams will each have 90 seconds to pick and ban maps
  11. Ban order is ABBA
  12. Double picking and banning is forbidden with the exception of NM
  13. If a player disconnects during the first 30 seconds of a map, the map will be aborted and replayed
  14. After the first disconnect, the map will not be aborted again, and their score will count as the amount right before the disconnection (if there is proof of this score such as a VOD, official stream, or in-game screenshots. If there is no such proof, the score will be counted as zero)
  15. Each team may use their 120 second timeout in-between matches ONCE
  16. Asyncs are not allowed

FM (ForceMod) Rules


  1. Each team is required to have at least 2 unique mods (HD, HR, or FL)
  2. EZ is allowed, but will not count as a unique mod
  3. HR will take prevalence if HDHR is chosen
  4. 3-mod combinations are not allowed
  5. Last player may choose any combination of mods or none at all
  6. EZ will count as a 1.7x multiplier
  7. FL will count as a 1.4x multiplier
  8. HDEZ and EZFL will count as a 2.1x multiplier
  9. HDFL and HRFL will count as a 1.5x multiplier

TB Rules


  1. No mod restrictions
  2. 3-mod combinations are not allowed
  3. FM multipliers apply to TB

Blocks


  1. Blocks are a way for a team to prevent an opposing player from playing a map temporarily
  2. Each team will have a limited amount of blocks they may use per match depending on the current round
  3. Team captains may block an opposing player from playing on their opponents pick, as well as their own pick
  4. A blocked player may not play ONLY for the current map
  5. After the map has been played, the blocked player may play subsequent picks
  6. A player who has been blocked once cannot be blocked again
