To answer your question,
I was actually restricted in 2020 January due to my STD past, and I get unrestricted later on the year, I did around 80 score (nomod) I then stop playing ctb for 3 years was you could notice, I recently come back playing ctb a bit more seriously only playing HR and trying to reach higher rank and trying to get my skill back and actually improve back, I get my #1-4 all within 24 hours because I was actually capable of doing it and that I actually improve and just take my skill back, I'm obviously not perfect far from it, I still have a lot to learn from all the past year the last time I really did play ctb seriously was in 2015, I was myself a old top player in 2015 but not many people actually do know about it and some people would said otherwise that's dont really matter in the end and I don't care.
I hope that can answer your question and that it don't sound aggresive in any way that's not my intention!
