Step 1
Resnap
00:24:06 (2) - Move closer to 1, then move 3 closer to 2, then 4 closer to 3. and make sure spacing is even.
00:32:92 (2) - Move this abit to the left
00:40:42 (3) - Move this abit down.
00:52:01 (1,2,3) - Put these closer to eachother.
01:23:38 (4) - Move this abit down.
01:26:10 (4) - Move closer to 3.
02:41:44 (3) - Move this down so that is in right inbetween 2,4.
02:49:28 (2) - Move abit to the left.
Step 2

Change slider tick rate to 2 or 4.
01:30:54 (4,5) - Move these away from 3.
02:27:47 (2) - Move just a little bit away from 1.
Step 3
This isn't snapped properly. Resnap.
00:53:22 (4) - Move abit away from 3.
01:09:03 (2) - Move abit down.
02:08:35 (1) - Move abit up.
02:09:54 (4) - Move away from the end of 3.
02:14:14 (3) - Move closer to 2.
02:36:30 (2) - Move abit to the right.
02:57:44 (3,4,5) - Spread these out.
These were all spacing inconsistencies except for the fact that they weren't snapped properly.

I am not gonna nazi about the beatspacing too much, but here we go... On a side note, I don't really agree with the claps in this song, but eh, your choice.

Put a break after 02:29:86 (1).
Step 3
Looks fine.
Also, when you make map in the future, use grid level 3 for best results.

Step 2 and 3 look pretty good to me, but there are some problems with the spacing in Step 1 (for example, the distance between 02:39:071 and 02:39:752. Pro-tip: Always use distance snap when beatmapping. You'll never have to move a beat again.

All you did was change the offset. You need to resnap and recheck afterwards.
You also still need to fix the issues i noted above with step 1 and step 2.

I Have Change The Step 1. (All is change)

Since you're just changing the sounds,do this on all difficulties:
1. Go into the timing setup panel.
2. Hold Ctrl and select all 4 timing sections.
3. Check "Inherit previous timing settings"
4. Click Apply.
Afterwards, You will need to resnap and recheck your notes again.
