Well I don't know what kind of shit machine cat you've got, but when I had two cats, I could go for a few days without cleaning the cat box. So if I had one, I could almost make it a week. And if you just leave a bunch of food out while you're gone, the cat won't cry about it. Your experiences are in the minority.

My cat has narcolepsy, she'd be a sitting duck if she went outside.

She just sits on the couch and watches tv, but she'll meow until someone changes the channel if survivor or NCIS comes on.

I don't have an actual picture, but this is an old video of my pet...lol I was such an idiot that day! Very old, but I still have him

EDIT: I forgot, people thought I was torturing him or something. I've had these pets for a long time, they don't hesitate to climb into their shells in danger. He used to always be afraid. You can tame them by body heat, and I held him for hours and let him climb all over things. This didn't hurt him, though I stopped when I was a little worried. But yea, they go through way more hell than this in the wild, I don't think they get dizzy lol. If he was scared he wouldn't have been walking around. Just so you guys know, I love animals.
