How do you get more votes? I think I read something by Peppy saying that they would replenish every month, but it's been at least 2-3 months since the feature was implemented and that hasn't happened.

At first peppy said that the votes would be given again every month but after being asked recently about it he said he wanted to actually implement some of the ideas given in the feature request forum before giving a bunch more votes out to people or else it defeats the purpose of the system in the first place.
So basically just be patient for now~
