Timing points and Kiai time aren't not consistent across all difficulties.

iirc 0.5 tick rate isn't rankable. Move to 1. 2 would make 00:20:306 (2,3) - even much easier to understand.
Consider HP higher, 6 or 7.
Consider AR9. This makes stuff like 00:00:025 (1,2) - much easier to read.

00:20:306 - sv change here isn't very fitting at all. If you're going to have any sv change, I'd recommend x1.5 (at most) at Kiai Time ONLY.
