...shame how I already gave spoiled this part away ~~some~~ quite a number of pages ago (albeit probably unclear) ('this part' referring to how Joubutsu was able to get into the surface world) and you either forgot or didn't get it

EDIT: Reading it over again, I'm tempted to nitpick on some of the details you seem to have forgotten...

While I'm certain that Shakunetsu is still the strongest,
others I'm not so sure.Now where can I see the
clear rates of those songs…
Or even better,a tier system.Though they don exist.

By the time of DistorteD (2007) Mei has a clear rate of approx. 13%.
She's getting a bit shabby,eh…The rate should be higher
by now.I need more updated statistics…

Fine,I'll spill it.

SPOILER

AFAIK,Madoka's wish was to have all mahou shoujos in the past,
present and future to keep their hope even when they are about to die.
Instead of turning into witches,their soul gems will be collected by
now-goddess-Madoka,allowing them to have a peaceful death and go
with Godoka to heaven.
Madoka herself becomes one with the universe,as the representative of hope.

Now here I'm trying to apply this to Manka,as if the events in ep12
do apply to this universe.However,I'm not sure whether using Godoka
is OK here (sides,her outfit is difficult to draw,so you can say I'm just lazy here)
so I picked a chibianthro that has a similar role.Naturally,I chose Kibou.

If this were real,Joubutsu would cease to exist as witches no longer exist.
That's why I said that this comic shouldn't be taken seriously.
I'm just drawing this to see how it would have turned out,that's all.
