If you remove "Nightcore" from the title of Nightcore songs, you can play then Nightcore'd.
So you can get Nightcore'd Nightcore Songs :)

You can't play it ranked because you have to edit the title, but yeah it does work.

how i see it, you should be able to toggle it off so you can also listen to the original music from the menu. please let it be able to turn off.it makes it like alvin and the chipmunks are singing.i dont like the idea. :evil: :?:

I hope this is a joke. I personally find this really annoying lol. I also like to use Osu as my MP3 player and I can't enjoy some songs when it's sped up to to the death max. I also find it quite tedious to have to keep turning the mod off for every song I click on.

I have reinstalled the Osu! because of the problem and now I can not connect to Bancho.
The problem with Double time has been fixed, but not to reconnect.

Chipmunk singing. Not all like Nightcore, sorry :!: Either this is April fool or not, but turning all song to nigthcore is not fun. If this is for real, at least make some "switch" for us to enable/disable. And making it to turn off DT like every map played is not even fun. Some maybe like Nigthcore ver of their song wanna play, but there another half who is doesnt like it to be nightcored. I love Nightcore, but making every song nightcore, are you kidding? I hope so, else I am not very pleased of this shiit.

is it possible to turn the night core on and off? There are some that don't like the sound.... like me. I like it when it plays when it's opened, but during the song, it kinda just messes up the way I remember the lyrics...

I laughed at first, realizing that it's an April Fools joke.
But then I was pretty disappointed that I need to uncheck Double Time each time I choose a different map.
Can't we have an on/off switch for this? Some people like me don't really like nightcore. :roll:

This better be an april fools joke or something....i dont want to have to disable DT every time i wanna play a song thats challenging enough, i can tell this is gonna get annoying for alot of people real fast, its a terrific idea and all i love nightcore songs but please make the mode toggleable at bare minimum

I personally don't like it! You need to like have a permanant off switch for it, and I find the high pitched music annoying and what about the nightcore songs... are they even more nightcored out?!

Wonderful update but the change of the new lovely osu!core I can't help to feel something missing and I know what it is.

We need automatic nightcore storyboards that would be added in ever map so we can get as authentic experience compared to playing a original nightcore map.

This would work in the way that osu! would automaticly add a strobe every 1/1 and it would be a pulse every fourth 1/1 or the opposite that is add a pulse every 1/1 and it would be a strobe every fourth 1/1.

This would greatly improve the osu! experience as I think most player would like it this way as they are so common in the old nightcore maps.

And Osu!core doesnt sound like nightcore at all ... it sounds like crap ...

i agree the same.

i said it before in this thread, we need a permanent ON - OFF switch asap. Playing like this turning off the Double-Time mod every time we change a song is seriously annoying.
I don't even want to play osu anymore, and with this "update" new players will find it even more annoying.

Not saying this is a bad idea but not every player like it. it is unfair for force us all to it.

Both my "osu!" and "osu!test" are the same.. they both will turn on double time and nightcore feel..
Can you guys make 1 for normal mode and 1 for this nightcore thing.. It hard to always disable double time every time choose other song.. =.=
