Oh no. I hate it. What did my 13 year old self thinking about this username...

Read it with caution! Maybe secrets revealed?
I played a game called "Pixel Gun 3D". I changed my username to "JustABeginner" to show that I'm a noob at that game.

Then, I got introduced to osu!. Before this name, I wanted to name something - which is even worse, "HowToSurvive". I mean, the username had taken so I named it JustABeginner.
Yeah, not that interesting, but rather my wild imagination.

Speaking of usernames, maybe I should create a survey whether or not I should change my name.

Also, how did you find your username, to the person below me?

When I was younger, I used to climb all over everything "like a ninja." My name IRL is also Mila, the beginning of which sounds like "meal." In an attempt to annoy me, my parents started calling me "NinjaMeals" and it has just stuck with me. I started using it for everything due to my inability to come up with anything else, and now I just don't have the heart to change it.

Originates from my Minecraft username, I was very active on an gamemode on a Minecraft server called "Hypixel Skyblock". Then I got bored of it and switched to osu!.
"Minh" is my irl name. "Perry" is my nickname when I was in a primary school

Pretty funny story. Back in late 2014-2015, I found that my previous name was just visually unappealing and difficult to say. So I wanted something that resonated with me. Of course I played Minecraft for a while, and I've always wanted the implementation of a sapphire ore. So I named myself after it. Except I completely misspelled the word and ended up with SapFireMC. It wasn't until a year later that I actually found out, but at that point it was already too late. I never did end up changing from there simply because of all the people that knew me by this alias, so that's how I've kept it to this day

uhm alright, once i started playing "Geometry Dash" (GD) in around 2015-2016 i didn't have a constant username, so i was using TNT, Diamond Block because i played "Minecraft" these days also. So, in GD i looked at a catchy nickname - "Zobros" and I found it interesting w. i just took ending of Zobros -> "bros" one and i come up with smth at start -> "Le"(idk why) this how my nickname was born. Now in other games i use my new nickname and I want to change it in osu! but i have no money rn :(
Anyway sry for my bad knowlenge of English im trying to improve it by forums like this ^-^

Until like June 2019 I used this username for pretty much every site I used. The yuki part comes from an old friend that, for whatever reason, used to call me by that name. I can't remember where the reido part comes from tho.
Tbh by now I regret choosing that name. It's kinda gender revealing and it sounds stupid :/

I took "edd" or "double d"'s name from ed, edd n eddy (which was one of my favourite shows as a kid) and added an "n" to the front of it, nedd.
83 is the first number that comes to my head when i think about numbers.

Reminder that my username is composed of my initials, i.e. the first letter of each of my names and last names.

And the 2013 is just the year in which I created the account, it's a trend I use to do in several other places. For example my twitter is "eblf2016" because I made my twitter in 2016 and so with other accounts.

I really haven't thought this trend was so uncommon. And people that know me irl will easily recognize who I am.

The story behind my username is quite funny.
You see my first name is Lula, Isabelle is my middle name but I've always preferred it XD. As for 'kast' it stands for the initials of my 2 anime guy crushes from over a year ago who were Karma Akabane and Shoto Todoroki, ik its cringey XD but i like the sound of it and it works for me so :)

My username came from the Aura Guardians in Pokemon. I just changed the Guardian to Master. Still have no clue where they 42 came from, maybe to make it flow better of something.

I saw one of those “free money hack on steam” and the dude name was something... I can’t remember. But my mind last time read it as Volkan for some reason, and I decided to copy it and I have been using it ever since, had a few modifications like putting ‘NA’ at the beginning

idk, when i was at 8th grade i was a big fan of f-777 (i was playing geometry dash back then, f-777 was also really popular in the gd community). when i was going to school one day, i was like "hmm, what's a cool username??" f-777 was known for his fast tempo music. so i thought of a synonym of fast and came up with 'nitrous' but it was a bit hard to spell. so i changed up 'us' with 'z' because my name also starts with z.

23 was my favorite number. it was really just my absent number but it grew into something special.

so, Nitroz23, but where did the 'thereal...' came from? when i was making an osu! account, nitroz was taken! (yea guess who that is...) idk really remember if i tried nitroz or nitroz23, but in the end i put 'thereal...' infront of nitroz23. and here we are today.

Usually, when I talk to my friends my response to some of their statements was just 'Understandable'. Unfortunately, during this time the "Understandable, have a nice day" meme came into fruition, and so I've just said it was based off a dead meme since.

Now it's been my alias for just over a year now, along with my pfp/avatar, Hat Kid from A Hat In Time.

my username came from my discord account's old pfp

there were these shapes on it, so my big brain thought "shapes = geometry"

i changed my pfp eventually, but i couldnt think of another name so it stuck

Once upon a time, while I was making a Google account, Google asked my name, I answered with "Kate"
Then asked my last name, I answered with "Nah" Cause I didn't want to say my last name to a robot.
I then started using KateNah for almost every sign ups.

so, i play azur lane, and one of the shipgirls was USS Cleveland. Also i like her i guess.
The AL community calls her "Cleveaniki". i don't want to get into detail about that tho.

My original name was "OsuPhAnIx". Weird name, but around the time I created my account, I was an avid Geometry Dash player. My user on there was "GD Phanix" at the time, and I kind of just adopted the same sense.
ZXQ was the cause of me just mashing my keyboard when I had the opportunity to change my name. I don't regret this user though, so that's a plus.

It's supposed to be just "Clone"

an item in the game called Growtopia was able to make a duplicate of you, it was a ring.
I liked the item a lot and at that time I thought Clone would be a good name.
Also at the time I was creating a youtube channel I named it "Clown GT" (GT Standing for Growtopia)
but then when I thought about it more I changed it to "Clone GT"
Maybe Clown actually helped me think of Clone that's what I think.

Ofc by the time I made my name clone, almost in every game or social media the name was already taken.
So I just stuck with CloneGT for a while
and some other variations of the name like : CloneHD, CloneGT, IWasClone, CloneBlone, Qlone

A bunch of times people will think of a username related to their childhood, whether they do it by intention or not. This is not always the case, however, some people chose theirs because they either liked the way it sounded or thought it was cool. Everyone is different, of course.


For me, I chose "drum drum" for a reason I don't entirely remember. But I believe it's based on my past fascination with drums of all sorts. When I was a child my grandmother bought me a cheap Indian drum which I loved a lot (and then it broke of course). Around middle school I had a Djembe drum that I loved to play a lot. And finally in High school my parents bought me an electric drum kit (which I never anymore use because it lacks a tom and doesn't sound that great). Now here I am playing Taiko on osu!, funny how life works.

I have a friend who showed me osu (This Guy) he had three a's at the beginning of his name. All my past usernames were cringe and I wanted something like this, but M's didn't look right next to each other, so I added some W's on the end :P
