NIDO(run) can be found somewhere on Route 6 or something, that's when I tried to grind before entering Mt.Moon itself. It's stingy due to POISON type and I'm a GRASS type player. Of course STEEL type itself can't be found on early times except if you grinded that hard for your ONYX.
