I don't know if I'll actually reveal Blackrose here yet... I just want to establish Shito's personality by the next chapter.

Something like, everything he says almost always pisses Ryougen off. And oddly enough I'm also trying to make it so that the first time Shito and Ryougen meet, there's a reasonable excuse for Shito to be always near where Ryougen is, and he'll constantly pop up in between chapters, usually just to piss Ryougen off or fight him.
Shito alone is supposed to be average at best in both physical and mystical aspects, which Ryougen could easily deal with. Blackrose will be Shito's actual power, which can somehow deal with Ryougen, but Ryougen will always come out on top. And as I said before, when I finally get the opportunity to introduce Ura Form, Shito+Blackrose will be stuck in one body together as 'Ckrose' and will become more of Ryougen's rival instead of being a complete jerk --- yes, almost complete makeover.

For Hataraku, Tenjiku, Yokuderu, you could probably contrast them with 1.) their specialization 2.) their clothes. Yokuderu's main weapon is her (his?) voice, while Hataraku has the freaking entire place rigged. Tenjiku, IDK

1.) It has Saitama and Rotter facing each other like a vs. styled game or something
2.) Empty speech bubbles for both of them; should be large enough to fit one line from both songs, and I can place the texts perfectly horizontal
Basically I plan to make 'lyrics' for Rotter Saitamanation.
But I would need someone here to make a BG for me that:
