Sorry if this question has already been asked, but what is the difference between the small and large drumrolls?

I know the difference between the small and large hits is that you can hit both buttons for more points on the large hits.

EDIT: Resolved on IRC. AFAIK the large ones are worth double points.

I'm pretty sure that's how it works on Taiko no Tatsujin...
Not quite sure how osu!taiko scoring works atm...I think it still follows ouendan's scoring system

PS. Hitting a big drumroll the same as a small drumroll awards the same amount of points in osu afaik
