Whoop, I meant to say hardest Game Music song, worse than Metal Hawk. I missed out the word 'GM' in the article :P 961? Never seen that number crop up though :?

EDIT: Did some searching. Galaga Legions is an Xbox 360 game. What. Secondly, Doom Noiz, along with most of Legions' soundtrack, was composed by Akihiko Ishikawa (LindaAI-CUE)

But I think said CEO's name is based off 961 productions,not the other way round.

That probably means the 1/8s from Ura are in the 100BPM parts; they may be trolls, but they seriously know that humans cannot press at 1600 BPM for a constant 3 or so seconds.

In regards to the Oni chart, that actually looks a bit easier than I perceived it to be... it's just fast, but it only has shitloads of the basic patterns. Anyone who's survived playing K.Sai2000 5 times straight should be able to find this easy (meaning I won't... I don't even survive one play of it. Fucking K.Sai -_-)

BRA has Tatsh written all over it. After listening to the full song on that video, of course.

Oh, also for that 'new 2000', 万戈イム一一ノ十, it's segments of kanji characters separated to form other words. 万戈 is 成, イム is 仏, and if you read 一一ノ十 vertically it's 二千 (two thousand). So is this counted or what? :P　BTW 'joubutsu' means 'enter Nirvana; become a Buddha; go to heaven; die peacefully'. In other words, it's 'You're Dead 2000'

etc = me. I was expecting something like 1000 times hard, but i must admit I found the Ura just VERY tiring. Apart the 1/6 stream, the regular it's more evil to play for patterns, clearly. ^^"

By the way, I haven't digested the new "black sheep" of the 2000's. Nowadays the '2000' written into arabic digits it's a relief for every donder, a sort of "Original Taiko Seal of Quality". JOUBUTSU HAS A ***KING FULL-JAPANESE NAME. It's even worse than the Wii approach of IN THE ZONE, which has written all in japanese its game references (the 'from Ace Combat X-2 into its japanese equal). Sad, really sad.

@aqua: why you mark the new "Ura for children" as a sequel of Yawaraka Sensha? It remembers me more Jigoku no Daiou, definitely. Even if the real good adding for the Wii tracklist would be the REAL Yawaraka. Better cross finger for Wii4, aside with a Wi-fi support for downloading songs.

... I insist Joubutsu2000 is dead for me.

@Lokamp: Non-stop patterns are characteristic of Yawaraka Ura. Remember, the stream went all the way from the beginning of the song to the end of the chorus (just like Yawaraka)! It's like that 1/6 stream in Le Tombeau de Couperin, only longer.

@Zekira: Glaroid confirmed Doom Noiz is harder than Metal Hawk. How so I don't know yet.

crystal took BRA, arken wants Sanpo, Lokamp has dibs on Shunyuu Ura, Zekira took Popcorn Parade...hmm.....I'll map Doom Noiz and Kimi no Akari/Metal Police Ura then.

There's a total of 71 songs,including the two that appear only in Taiko dreamland.
Which means there's only 69 songs in main gameplay.

And I thought there'll be a final boss...

You misunderstood the article. He said 収録曲は70!じゃない!! not because there was 69 songs in regular play, but 71. He unlocked both songs in regular play :P Together with Ura Oni, Wii3 has 81 songs in total. Wii3 complete ta-don~

The first sentence says it clearly

隠し曲が一気に2つ見つかりました。(Found 2 secret songs in one go)
それは奇しくも、たいこランドで何度も演奏した (Strangely enough, they were the songs you could play in Taiko Land too)

Just watched that Black Rose Apostle (ura) vid. Definitely harder than the other god songs by a long shot, though it's probably not too tough to pass. Good luck fcing it though...

I'm envious of those who are getting a copy tomorrow as well. I want to play these new songs >.<

EDIT: Went on Owata, passed BRA ura on my very first try O.o full gauge too rofl. 617k points, 47 misses.

I guess once you are able to do well on the other god songs, anything is possible. This song is much easier than I thought...

Already set to go on a searching frenzy after tomorrow strikes (assuming they release the game by midnight)... From what I've seen, the ISOs of Wii2 and Wii1 were actually already uploaded on the day they were released. Hopefully this will be the case for Wii3 too...

...but I don't think I can play much since I have to finish an entire program this weekend... and I don't even have half of the codes done... apodsign3iygt8

Is it possible that a Taiko-Player (never mind how good he/she is) can play an inner map or hard maps with Flashlight + hidden?
Most of them are using another PC, and that's bulls**t and not fair...それは本当に良いません・・・そして遊ぶの楽しいはないです。ちがおうでしょう？

If they memorize it, yeah. My FLH records are truthfully memorization except for Kimi no Akari.

@Zekira: Yes that's true, but I think that end's if the map is 3 min long with hard combos. Also when you remark they can't play it on Multi.
Example for Rotter Tarmination, it is possible to memorize it because people play it also on wii, psp, arcarde and Co. so they get fast the memorize. - I would say. :O

Well they can keep playing and playing it again in osu! too to memorize it, it just takes longer.

It took me almost a year to memorize Rotter Tarmination though.

yes, but there are STILL a lot of pauses! Yawaraka holds only a LONG pause time between the 300-and-over beatstreams. On Sanpo pauses are more regular D:

The contents is something like "Farewell,the 2000 series"

IDK is this is real or is it something made up by the community,
but if this is real…this will be a great loss to us.

It sounded peaceful, then corrupt, then peaceful again. Maybe it really is dying. If true, there should be like a funeral/enlightenment ceremony or something for 2000 series.

As I got music file of black rose apostle, I'll transfer Taiko map for osu. If there are good quality of music file, Maybe I'll upload it to BSS if I have some time.

For Jyoubutsu nisen, I think I can find music file & sheet soon.

Ah, Namco guys have released today the 3rd code for Taiko 14. This time is the turn of Kurofune Raikou & Hikari no Kanata e (+ Ura)

It's an awful end? I think the pure hell difficulty of the song makes up for that. The BPM looks definitely higher than 200 as well.

And yay, code #3 finally! Wonder when the rest of the songs will come...

EDIT: Tried out this final 2000... DEFINITELY the hardest song ever. I never had this much trouble with songs before... 200+ misses fail >.> I wonder how you guys would fare. Here's the link if anyone wants to try.

EDIT2: Found an Ura clip of Hikari. IT'S THE SAME DAMN THING AS THE BOSSFIGHT CHART, WHAT THE HELL.

@lepido: Thanks ;) I'm reserving a couple of the new Ura Onis and Doom Noiz though. (btw, can you name the song as 'You're Dead 2000' lolololol)

As for that 3rd code....I know it's a big arcade step, but to me it's just meh. Waiting for SORA-IV.

The song ID 'last2k' pretty much gave it away. I saw the lyrics being translated into Japanese, and it sounded like what Sushi said. Giving everything up and moving on, but with a rich feeling of contentment...

Btw, does anyone think Namco's Taiko regime is starting to come to a conclusion? With the end of the 2000 series, soon pretty much all the other series would start to end, and Taiko would therefore be "finished". I would be horrified if Namco really announced closing...

But since Taiko is such a successful series, I doubt so. If Namco really are going to end, they better include EVERY SINGLE SONG + URA on another Wii version and Taiko Arcade (final?).

Finished Jyoubutsu Nisen.(or Jyoubutsu2000) Didn't check the note so some mistakes are possible.

On an unrelated note, does anyone feel Black Rose Apostle's ura is actually EASIER than the regular map? Cuz that's how I definitely felt during my first playthrough of both.

Seriously the beginning part of this song really threw me off, more so than the ura version. I got more points and combo on ura LOL
