because the entire point of the ranking procedure is to cater to everyone ever, and if one map doesn't fit their preferred playing style, then it should be unranked

So, how does this get ranked in expediency while there are +30s out there... sigh. I honestly think that this is all too cookie-cutter. I've told you that before that originality will eventually beat out "consistency". I was about to inquire on my guest diff, but, well, I don't log on for 2 days and this is what happens. So yeah, I'm also a little jealous

When you volunteered, I warned that I am extremely picky about guest difficulties, and that I might likely reject it. What you offered was more busy a map than I'd consider suitable for the music--consisting primarily of 2/3etna spam. You never gave me a clear answer whether you'd be making a difficulty between Easy and Normal, and it had been more than a week.

You're forgetting that the BAT are human. No one likes spending their time modding beginner maps full of mistakes, so they'd rather mod something from a mapper they've seen produce quality in the past than take the chance that they'll be modding something bad.
