Your normal-hitnormal2.wav hitsound is too short for a hitsound, as every hitsound has to be at least 100ms long.
For your video file, Remove the audio from it. The audio track will not be used, so all this does is add more filesize.

And lastly for your Storyboard remove the Black image and rescale your white image to 1366x768. This is the maximum image size allowed according to Ranking Criteria. The Black image is not needed, because as long as you have a white image you can color code it to black

Very good beatmap, haven't played undertale in a while but still one of my favorite songs from it. The actual beatmap could use some more difficulties and then it would be rank worthy.

00:06:887(1,2,3)- the spacing between 00:06:887(1)- and 00:07:230(2)- is more bigger compared with the spacing between 00:07:230(2)- and 00:07:401(3)-, hence on (2)- the beat is somehow weak compared with (3)- so the spacing between (2)- and (3)- should use 2.00x distance and one between (1)- and (2)- 1.90x distance for build-up effect thingy plus proper emphasis of the loudest beat from 00:07:401(3)-.
00:06:887 (1,2,3) - is super fine imo....why do you want so much consistency lol
00:55:744(3,4)- this rhythm sounds somehow weird imo. ctrl+G'ing the both hitobjects the rhythm would emphasize much better the song plus the dominant beat seems to be on 00:55:915- so having it clickable would give more emphasis tbh.

01:01:572(1,2)- swap the ncs since the new stanza it's on 01:01:572(1)-'s tail and would fit more better on the next hitobject.

i dont think antiflow is an issue here; after all, the spacing is very small but consistent
why don't you increase the ds a bit so you can do a jump for more build-up effectand and emphasis? also it kinda breaks the consistency with 01:07:744(2,3,4,5)- tbh.

03:17:437(3)- when i first played this one, i got pretty confused and i easily missed it and maybe it would be hard for the player to get used with this kind of stack so i would suggest to unstack this slider from 03:16:800(1)- for the sake of readability.
i used NC for last part and that will read better
03:48:693(2,3)- in comparison with 03:52:171(2,3)- and 03:55:650(2,3)-, seems like you have an antijump tbh with breaks the consistency with these two pattens which i mentioned them. you can do a jump here tho by increasing the ds just for the sake of consistency.
03:59:997(1)- tbh, i would end this slider on 04:01:302- since the downbeat from 04:01:737- is somehow dominant and it deserves to be clickable imo plus i would start on that downbeat with an 1/2 slider since that whole section is getting more and more intense and it feels pretty empty. moreover, doesn't this section gets less dense than 03:47:824(1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1)- section? at that section the instruments are not really stronger but where's the part when they get more stronger, it's getting less dense which is not good imo. mapping like in this picture http://puu.sh/ttwTo/ff89605ac5.jpg would be good enough to give more emphasis to the intensified intruments tbh plus it would be more dense as 03:47:824(1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1)- section do.

04:56:906(2)- you don't need to decrease the slider velocity here. the guitar is still stronger here so having an increase in sv would be good rather than decreasing in sv tbh. moreover, since it's a sv change here, i think you missed a nc here imo.

05:29:901(1,2,3)- according to the song, the triplets are not in this spot tbh. the 1/4 note should be on 05:30:152- and not on 05:29:984- so this sounds rhythmically wrong. you have to delete the 1/4 note from 05:29:984- and put another 1/4 note on 05:30:152- where it is supposed to be. in this way, it would sound rhythmically correct according to the song since the triplets are getting noticeable from 05:30:068-. same goes to 05:40:568(1,2,3)- tho.
05:46:234(2)- seems like you placed the hitwhistle on sliderslide accidentally so that's why the hitwhistle from this 1/2 slider's head sounds different in comparison with others. you have to remove it in order to have hitwhistle from this slider's head as a hitclap.
05:52:234(1,2)- i know the guitar and other instruments are getting more and more intensified but please don't do a screen jump. it does not fit at all . seems like you have to decrease the ds a bit since the music isn't really really intensified.

that's all i wanted to say! sorry if i did a long mod post i didn't expect to be so huge like this tbh. the mapset is pretty good but it has some flaws if i'm not wrong. moreover, i think you have to check the timing from 04:57:573- since it could be wrong.

This is likely what Regraz meant with making it consistent, "it" refering to the kiai setting, not where the kiai was in comparison to the others.

  The filename of normal-normal.wav is not something that the game recognizes. "normal-hitnormal.wav", however, would work.
  Sampleset 3 is not used anywhere in the map, which is why normal-slidertick3.wav doesn't appear anywhere. If you were intending to use it somewhere, put custom sampleset 3 on the respective timing line in the map.
  
  Either make sure they are actually used in the map or remove them from the folder, since in they'd be useless and take unnecessary file space otherwise.

Some other stuff (not unrankable like the above, just some suggestions)

00:17:344 - This clap actually lands on 00:17:515 - in the song, so I'd remove it here. Makes it seem like 00:20:087 - would have one and becomes confusing like that. Same sort of thing goes for 00:25:572 - 00:28:315 - 00:31:058 - . Your hitsounding basically clashes with your rhythm choices and becomes inconsistent because of that. Alternatively you could make all the claps appear on 00:14:601 - rather than 00:14:772 - . A second alternative is to just change your rhythm choices so 1/1 doesn't roll over the snare so you can hitsound it. /shrug

00:27:801 - 00:30:544 - Oh also since the main melody lands on these, making them clickable rather than tails would probably be appropriate. Makes more sense to click them than to keep them passive like this because of their strength in the song.

01:39:875 (1,2) - 01:40:460 (3,4) - 01:41:045 (1,2) - 01:41:630 (3,4) - Would be cool to have a somewhat similar visual spacing between them. Minor variations in spacing like these makes it look random and unintentional. Perhaps it's caused by the stacks, in which case View > Stacking would be helpful. Similar sort of thing can be seen at 01:54:502 (2,3) - 01:55:087 (4,5,6) - 02:00:353 (7,1) - . Just saying since the rest of the map looks rather clean visually.
