00:28:71 (1,2,3,4) - Strange spacing.. Maybe move (2,3,4) close to 1. If it's a jump so you can leave it like this but it look strange to me. Nevermind :? fixed
00:42:45 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - *watching the other parts of the map*... They are so close. O.o fixed
00:48:92(4,5,6) - ^. Is that supposed to be "close-jumps"? xD I never saw this in an Insane map, looks confusing.. But again if you'd like to keep it like this... ^^' fixed
I also made circles bigger in Easy, changed slider tick rate in Hard and Insane to 2 and changed sounds a bit.

Some things I noticed:

- The SBed images are waay too large. Are you sure it's necessary? The map probably won't get ranked with those :(
- Oops... According to wikipedia, the real name is "Chip 'n Dale", not "Chip n' Dale". Sorry for making you change the name many times.
- You should keep the name exactly the same in "Source" :P

But what's wrong with the images being large? SB can be just deleted, but fun of playing will be just not the same...

00:09:093 (7) - This note kinda feels awkward, I think it'll work fine if you just delete it
00:20:047 (1) - Remove new combo
00:24:055 (1) - End this on the previous white tick, notes directly after spinners are tough for Easy
00:40:071 (1) - Remove new combo
00:42:007 (1) - Move this further away from the previous note
00:46:015 (1) - Remove new combo
01:08:077 (1) - This spinner feels like it starts too soon, make it start on the next red tick?

Hard

00:47:051 (1) - I'd place this slightly lower and to the left, so that there's some vertical symmetry with the 2.

00:55:085 (1,2,3,1) - Uneven spacing.

- You do not need to add "Capcom" in tags since the word is already in the Artist.
- Why is your source "Chip n' Dale 1"? Isn't that the title? Shouldn't it be "Capcom"??
- Just put the name of the game in tags or name of characters, console. etc.

I'm really confused on how you space the circle notes.

I don't know if you are joking or not, but fatcat on the BG is the last boss of the game and the music theme I mapped was on the last level

I love this game, and yes, this is by far the best song in there. Good choice. :D

Delete .osb file and full resubmit.
The dark blue combo color is a little hard to see when it ends up on the black background. Maybe opt for a purple/lavender color (think Fat Cat's suit)?
The timing feels a little late to me. Try offset 51 and see how that goes for you.

[Normal]
00:55:882 (1) - Having this half-covered by the three beats before it looks really bad. Try moving them so that they aren't. You have a spinner very soon after, so you don't really have to redesign much at all.

[Hard]
Your use of claps is pretty different from what I would do, so feel free to ignore some of my hit sound mods. I like to go with the music instead of making my own rhythms. If you do decide to do it this way, try to apply it to all difficulties.
00:09:580 (4) - Maybe try to align the end of this slider so it's lined up with the slider below it? Meh.

00:25:575 (4) - Add clap

Well, for the most part, it's adding a clap to beats 2 and 4 to go with that cymbalesque sound in the song while trying to work out some of the rhythms that you used with the claps as well. Feel free to continue it or not.

01:04:050 (1) - End this spinner at 01:05:922, then add a note at 01:06:262.

Not much to pick at here except hit sounds (all opinions there) and the timing. Good maps!

I changed some weirdly sounding claps on all the maps, I think it's better now.
