- 2500ms: this white flash... could you fade it? It's so sudden. i will put caution note instead.
- 11300ms: The text line gets covered by the background strobe. Just open your .osb and move the whole text animation before the animation of the strobe.
- 16100ms: Same as above.
- 122010ms: You can see the background image here for... a so so short time xD xD
- 165700ms: You can see the white background below the image~ fixed
- 189100ms: Is this fade intentional? It looks a bit weird with the background image behind it :/ -> it's okay when testin...this problem is only shown in editing room
- Fade your background images, flashes, light effects... They make the animation smoother and nicerfixed

I suggest moving the "cre2.png" (guest: termerys) to diff specific on his/her difficulty only
Easy- seems like you already extended this diff, but... either extend to the very end.. or make the final bit of storyboard diff specific on the other 3 diffs only... (otherwise the storyboard will keep running even when the map is finish)

With the amount of notes you placed, I found the Overall diff low (since it gets a bit clustered), just saying

01:08:100 (4,8,9) - hmm okay, either make 4 match 8,9 by extending the slider by 1/4, or match 8,9 to 4 by not using 1/4 ><! they sorta sound the same, yet mapped quite differently (applies for the other two choruses too), I suggest not using 1/4 for the sake of Normal.
02:11:700 (2) - slider slide with whistles on end, add or remove ><~

Hard- Hmm... its not exactly "overmapped", but I don't think most of the triplets/streams seem necessary
