@arken KAGYUKIYO is slowed-down KAGEKIYO.Notechart itself feature the usual sudden-BPM-changes
765 loves using recently.
The super-long drumroll in the opening could be useful on don-counter-filling,though.

POONwing:Yeah,I'm a local HongKonger.I just..read a lot.And go to english websites a lot.
As for your map...daamn,that's an awesome BG you got there.I would have
suggested a taiko BG similar to those we put in other taikomaps,
but that'll affect the original BG.So~~nvm.

(er,just in case others do not have chinese/japanese words installed,
it would be better to have the song name,difficulty..etc written in english.
And Tenyou no Mai's composed by Tatsh Zeami and sung by Imai Asami)

@POONwing: Never mind your large number of maps, you could give them to me...I dunno, five at a time?...and I'll try to update once every two days. Glad you're such a large Taiko fan :)

@LittleMagic: Well, I never got stopped there, I was surprised that it showed up. :P

Anyway, as for the DS3 songs, just reserve Bubbly Queen and KAGYUKIYO for me. You guys can map the rest~

Crystalsuicune: I usually put a taiko bg as the other one you found in the tnm folder. But if I intentionally put a bg(I asked yukey to help me out this time), I will see if it affect the bg or not( as you said this time ,yes...)
And for the name of the composer Zeami<<, In my point of view it is better to put namco(Zeami worked for namco ,is that right?)
It is my usual practice to put Namco for a map that is found in ds/psp/ac/wii (whatever just namco)
For Japanese/Chinese word, well maybe you are right...but I always make (Chinese)+Japanese word for the title
Actually title of some songs originally is written in Japanese...I think It would be better to put the original name of the song to respect the artist(I'm not saying that you are wrong but ....it's my usual practice also)

but there's also that Reunion thing in IIDX18...

BTW, anyone here have an mp3 of Okashi Dega no Uta? It's the only new song I'm missing.

And for Tenyou no Mai, a better mp3 would be this one.

Change the name to English when you add it.

OK, just set everything good for that map.
For aquabluu's request, I've changed the map name to English.
(Actually I like Japanese more, so I reserved a Japanese version.I think with Japanese name the screen would look like the arcade one when choosing songs 0.0 )

Also...aquabluu, could you give me the font type you've used in Hikari no Kanata e (both the lyric and the title font)
I think the fonts are nice and I can use them later. :)

Err the drumrolls and TaikOsu aren't really what's the problem here, but rather the HS changes; the current method of manually doing it in notepad is illegal atm, but with this option we can actually now implement non HS2 and HS0.5 legally on the BSS. Wait, so it doesn't concern you lol

But....Namco's map I don't think the difficulties , It has a easy or hard such as the,easy words like children/folk

It's what I wanted to talk to you a long time ago.(I just don't want to post something not very important here, but this time ... in passing)

For winrar decompressing, I knew that I can export the maps as osz. file (a long time ago) but you guys may not know that if the maps are with Japanese(+Chinese) , when loading the maps...It just fails( as you can see in the attachment)...so WINRAR is the best choice for my maps and be ready to have WINRAR if you get my maps.

About the font I use...for the lyrics it's plain old MS Gothic, and for the title bar, it's an Epson font. Link to it:

Actually I'm stressed because of this map(I need post to everybody).yukey and I do it very very seriously.
This map includes even the lyrics.
In some of my maps there may be no bg at all...Just lazy to do all these.
If someone is interested of making a bg for any of my map...I will be happy to receive it.

It's officially done by means of a secret password on the Options screen, which Namco hasn't revealed yet. Hackers got the song through ROMs.

Speaking of the passwords, there's more than one prize, but I think this is the only secret song. The rest are prolly costumes and the like.

I'd KILL if suddenly one password opens up a Wi-fi download service for 765 to add songs to the DS3 list. /wild hopes

How on earth should I ever FC this o_O I mean ... atm i have two silver: Metal Hawk & Hataraku2000 (in Oni, i just play Oni XD) other songs already FCed. But i still miss some songs, maybe (if there are 10Star Onis) I would get more silver D:

btw: I just figured out, that Metal Hawk Oni + Baisoku is much easier than without mods o_o I was able to do the first ddkddkddkddk... streams.
But still sucks with my score xD someth. about 800k points

So I'm expecting my copy of DS3 to come in by Monday. In the meantime, I'm currently trying to FC Rotter Tarmination Ura on Yonbai... only got to 800 combo though >_> need to practice more

Is it just me,or does DS3 feature quite a lot of big notes?

These notes show up more frequently than the previous two installments...especially with Muzukashii and Oni mode.I'm
OK with that if I use the touch screen,but not so much when using buttons.
(FYI,my L-button is stuck and won't pop back up once pressed down.I use Set 1 so this means it's impossible for
me to hit big Kats properly without using the touch screen)

BTW...Dororon Girl's Oni notechart seems a bit too easy for 7-star.It looks more like a 6-star to me..

IMO it's the beat that's annoying, not the notechart. Notice how the main line of the chorus just forces the notes to go on 1/4s... I find it easy, yes, but I'm not finding it easy to get few 100s...

Tonight :) I try to update at regular intervals, especially with so much going on it's become hard for me to keep going at a constant pace.

@Zekira: DS3 also has a lot of songs with 1/6 beats and small balloon notes.

EDIT: Okay that guy is on drugs, as per Japan standards (lol). Seriously... it's either he got more than 12 keys mapped or he's freaking high... I tried using Setup A on the classic controller and only get an average of 100 on the first drumroll (and that's me almost seem like having an epilepsy attack while mashing lol)

On a second note, there is another font that I found which is eligible of being used when making the background images using the template created by Rokodo (the template is on the first page of the thread). (The font's name is "M". Don't ask me why is the font called "M" o.o)
You can download the font here. You will first see an image rendering of the font examples. Click the "Download this image" button and it will link you to the download link of the TrueType Font File (.ttf)

Today, I was able to finish yet another Taiko Map, also from the awesome Rhythm Heaven game. The song is from the Munchy Monk 2 Tune. I chose to map the 2nd one 'cause it's both longer and more epic to listen to :3

I need quite a lot, as a matter of fact. Symphonic Valkyrie, Saikou Everyday, Okashi Deka no Uta, Ponyo, Totoro (for arken), Le Tombeau de Couperin, Maneki Neko Duck no Uta.

YES of course I'm still working on it, just more slowly than usual. I finished Hard and Oni, already halfway done on Normal(that leaves Easy), and I added lyrics to everything. Just didn't want to upload until I finished everything.

I think aquabluu will include your map in the first page. The problem is, the list itself is too enormous, so it's kinda hard to update often, and seems aquabluu is busy. So you will have to wait until next update. It happened to me a lot, so don't worry. I'm sure your map will be added on the list.

EDIT: Do you ever played AC or PS2 or Wii ver. of Taiko no Tatusjin?

However, I've had a strange feeling playing KAGYUKIYO...
I mean, the speedup section of the Oni mode is VEEERY similar to a section on the SAMURAI ROCKET Oni mode... (Ura)

It's the other way around. Samurai Rocket Ura derived those parts from the original KAGEKIYO.

EDIT: samiljul fix the typo on Metal Hawk's map. You spelled it as 'Metal Hwak

Heck,the song itself included parts of KAGEKIYO (or was it the BGM of the game KAGEKIYO's based off?)
