Blue: Sugestion. Not necessary, but should take good effects.
Green: Notification or cosmetic thing. May, but don't have to be fixed.
Orange: Should be fixed.
Red: Have to be fixed.

General
Timing and other main thing looks clean and clear

[Normal]
  1. 00:17:666 (1), 00:21:248 (1), 00:24:382 (7) - These sliders plays a little unnatural. My sugestion: f.e. first slider. Put a note in 00:17:666, then slider in 00:17:890 - 00:18:338. It plays much better in my opinion.
[Sunny Holic's Insane]
  1. 02:54:606 (1), 02:58:188 (1), 03:01:770 (1), 03:05:352 (1) - I would remove new combo from these.
Actually there was almost nothing to mod, map look great. Starrr'd :D

Tags are not the same on all difficulties(have an extra space in the tags)
Countdown(Letterbox) is not the same on all difficulties.

Remove "Caribbean Bay CM Song" from the source and put it in the tags. Are you sure the "CM" part shouldn't be "CF"?
[Tags]" There's 2 spaces between Holic and simplistic on all difficulties except simplistic's difficulty.
comboburst-5's width is too big. 500px is the max.

This difficulty doesn't have the countdown or letterbox enabled while the others do. Either make them all have no countdown/letterbox or add countdown/letterbox to this difficulty.

CM Song mean CF Song.. oh.. it should be "Caribbean Bay CF Song" but surely it should be in source

White combo color is a bit bright for kiai, is it not? :<

Easy
Feels more like a normal with the shorter(ish) spinners and rhythm placement of a few hitcircles. But it can probably pass as an Easy.
00:29:979 (3) - Align with 2
01:02:218 (1) - Are you sure you want a spinner here?
01:25:502 (1) - Align with (3)
01:45:203 (3) - Spinner should start on the end of this, and end on the next large white tick. Repeat this pattern for the next stanza.

Normal
00:24:382 (7) - New combo?
00:26:845 (4) - More symmetrical?
02:21:696 (1) - Extend to white tick?

Hard
Only suggestion worth mentioning is possibly making every other stanza quieter in the end where you don't have "C A B I."

Insane
01:19:009 (1) - Don't see why this is needed
Following few notes' placement seems a bit random. : I dunno why. (01:19:457 (2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3))
02:21:696 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Make sure 5,6 are in the center
