Unfortunately, I can only record at 30 fps because 50+ fps will result in randomly dropping frames a couple times while recording. At least it's somewhat high quality.

Well youtube sets the playback speed at 29.97fps anyway so I dont think it really matters.

Me and Crimson playin tag coop (and kind of failing at it)


Also this is pretty much how a 720p video goes trough differents steps of making the video
(mainly just to show that youtube rapes the precious video badly :E):

I merely put the stuff together and made some bat files so that you can use the commandline apps without knowing anything about encoding.

Its basically the commandline versions of avidemux, oggenc2, x264 and mkvmerge stuffed together accompanied a few .bat files for easy use and shit.
I made it for converting the avi output of Fraps to a mkv file, I haven't tested it with anything else but it should work as long as you have a decoder present for the video, its in .AVI format and has raw PCM for audio.

x264 uses rather simple commandline, just the slow preset and crf 20.

Currently using Avidemux 2.5.3.0 cli, aoTuV b5d oggenc2, custom built x264 r1643 by JEEB and mkvmerge 4.0.0 'The Stars Were Mine'

P.S. some questions about this; uhm...do the gameplays have to be S rank or perfect or something like that to be on the playlist?, is it a problem if the skin is the default one?,is it legal if i use a mixture of other ppls skins(giving them credit when i make the video)?, and last, is the quality ok?.

If you mean the "official" osu! playlist on youtube I'm pretty sure its just a matter of adding it there.
And for the skins, I doubt people have a problem with that, I've done it a few times too...
As for the video, quality seems crisp and looks like you recorded in 60fps which is always good.
