Just like the subject says, my brother wants to make his own osu! account.
The problem is, i was silenced for 250 hours for multi account last month because I didn't know that two accounts for a person isn't allowed so I had to request for a deletion on the other one.
I don't want to be silenced again but me and my brother plays on the same PC, same IP, everything

What if he makes an osu! account? Then I'll be silenced again right? Plus he insisted on making his own account.
