Circle Size -1(这是因为间距很大 大圈的话好看一点也更好玩(这又不是鬼畜歌不要鬼畜人了)

低潮部分比如前奏 用soft系列的音 和soft whistle搭配
然后前奏完了就可以用normal的音了
00:44:507 (5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - 这个连打间距太夸张了 改小点

Your choice if you wanna call this (Short ver.)
Imo, just use "Neko Koi" as Source... that full name is... unnecessarily long, move the rest to tags
add "_lolipop" to all diff's tags? and maybe add "Whirlpool" "opening" and stuff if you want to tags too x.x
Add Lead-in to all diff please (about 1-2s will do)

01:22:007 (4) - end 1/2 earlier? (and maybe add note to 01:22:689)
01:27:462 (7) - ^ (and maybe add note to 01:28:144?)
The combo arrangement for this diff needs adjusting ><! Try to switch comboes whenever you're switching from mapping vocal and music...?

Ahh, kinda hard to read the beginning with the current Overall difficulty... but +1 would make the middle seem too fast... ehh...
Hitsound could be louder
00:30:189 (4) - after offset change, the vocal sounds more like a 1/2 beat instead of 1/4 here.... (the 1/4 sounds weird anyways)
00:53:349 (1) - 1/4 sounds weird D:
:S ending is copy+pasted... its okay... but maybe flip the whole part instead?

Weee, hard~ this diff is good, so I'll just put in hitsound suggestions
00:01:198 - just set the first (red) timing panel to soft hitsounds instead of adding an inherited timing panel...
00:10:402 (4) - try adding whistle to start of slider?
00:38:016 (10) - remove the whistle from the start of the slider and add to -end- of slider (it will sound like 00:35:630 (1)'s whistle timing)
00:41:255 (1,1) - kinda sounds weird since it doesn't really follow same pattern as ^ (maybe remove and add whistle to 00:42:448 (6)?)
00:54:721 (5) - keep up the whistles, add to start of this slider?
01:00:005 (3) - clap? (following 00:58:982 (1)'s clap)
01:21:993 (6,9) - add whistle to end of slider? then maybe to 9?
01:31:709 (1) - whistle to start? (keep up the whistles)

Set a preview point gogogo

Offset would work best at 1,707. Mind that I didn't actually modify the actual offset, I just moved it a "stanza" later, if that's the correct term. Did it so it really starts at the first beat. And note that the thing isn't that notes before the first offset aren't unrankable, so long as they make sense.

Just for the record, the actual offset (that also means mine) sounds perfect to me.

And why does [Insane] has Kiai while the other difficulties don't?

Minuscule changes, willing to rank it after fix. =3=
