This is because when a slider like that begins on a red tick, the end is on a white tick, which is an important beat that should be emphasized. Therefore, this beat should not be at the end of the slider, but rather a head.
00:21:097 (5) - But here it kinda contradicts my statement. However, my counter is that sometimes, music is different and you want to successfully follow a level of the song. So this is fine.
00:22:131 (3) - This is not fine, change into two circles or switch places with 00:21:959 (2) - or something like that. Flow does not work the way it currently is
00:22:476 (4) - This is fine - but maybe you want to change it because it misses a downbeat.
00:23:511 (7) - ^ I won't refer anymore to these, because they occur throughout the whole song, so you probably know what I mean. But it's weird for the amount of downbeats being missed.
