This is your first map, right? :)
One thing I think you should do is look at the Mapping Techniques forum, pick a pattern with a high rating (such as Triangle beats) and try to think of places in your map where that technique might look good.

Right now, a lot of your notes are in straight lines, so mixing those up with other patterns would add variety.

(I think the timing's wrong because there are a lot of blue-tick notes. I think it's hard to mod things where the timing is wrong, so I can't really do modding here, sorry :()

The only hitsounds I hear are normal and finish, maybe add whistle in some places?

00:35:203 (2) - this slider should end on the white tick, but unfortunately osu! has a bug that makes it hard to do that :p
you need to use 1/8th snap and then you can make it end on the white tick :D

Lots of unintuitive BPM changes and spacing errors that need to be fixed, distance snap isnt always right, try to use a Lv 3 grid if you think it can help you snap your notes better, Lv 2 grid tends to cause some spacing errors if you dont know how to use it. Good Luck!~

I'm talking about the slow / fast sliders being unintuitive, its not good to make a 1/2 or 2x BPM just for 1 slider, 1/2 or 2x BPMs are sections where the song tells you "this is gonna be slow paced" plus with the current multiplier restriction for BPMs 2x and 1/2 are kind of too exagerated, when they are unintuitive the player tends to overshoot the slider ball, or the slider ball overshoots the player and then combo break, then sad face.

If you wanna keep em you should SB a warning for each, since there isnt anything in the song that tells you those sliders are gonna be slow.

Also about the other stuff:

"This could pretty much be a spinner" not only the song, but also this slider is way too long and can be replaced with a spinner, you use a 1/2 section and EVEN THEN the slider is long, you should kill that slider and replace with a spinner that starts and ends on the same place.

"Anti-Jump" It's not considered a spacing error because of a new combo, but the note is too close to the other and is clearly visible so a player will tend to hit it too soon instead of waiting.
