00:13:702 (1) to 00:22:274 (3) - hmm, I don't see why the quieter part of the music has that hitsound for every white tick, while when it picks up, you only use every second white tick.... in other words, I think the hitsounds sound too fast paced here
00:22:274 (3,1,2,3,4) - this probably didn't stack to your liking during play D; just pointing out
00:24:417 (3) - wouldn't default normal finish hitsound work better here?
00:38:345 (7,1,2,3) - considering how much custom clap hitsounds you already have, this part sounds lacking (add hitsounds?)
00:59:417 (12) - default normal finish hitsound?
I would consider placing more default normal and soft finish hitsounds since it goes well with the drum-y hitsound you have, just how I hear it though

I don't know anything about taiko, though maybe lower volume a bit? not sure... huh, did taiko always have those storyboard stuff...? And this diff has a different second offset? not that I think its really needed...
