i aware the timing is off, and those inherited points seems unnecesary

first : apply this code to .osu file in notepad

in this case, your patterns will be off from it's place..
to fix it, you might want to move whole pattern ahead, Timing > Move All Notes in time... > then input 338.. http://puu.sh/bicFB.png
and you need to resnap all notes, Timing > Resnap All Notes.. don't forget to resnap some misplaced notes manually, since the automated snapping process usually make a misplaced notes..

also, you can't make 'break time' in osu!mania, you need to chart whole part without any empty part
you can fill 'clear sounded' part with notes, don't leave them empty
you need to make amount of 4K diffs same as 7K diffs..
you need to make : 4K Normal & 4K Hard, also make 7K easy, to make a balanced difficulty spread..
remove 'Nobunaga Concerto' from tags..

I noticed quite a few places where it doesn't quite match up with the song, lots of the drum parts are no't mapped and lots of places feel overmapped.
01:01:375 (61375|2) - 01:04:375 (64375|2) - why noodles ;_;

@ Rebel Slayer, I noticed the noodles part and decided to do a minor change on it. Also, I reduced the keys which need to be simultaneously press from 7 to at least 5-6, I understand some players may not be able to press all button at once. Thanks for your reply

since the mp3 updated, please change the whole offset

1. go to timing setup (F6)
2. select all timing points (ctrl+a)
3. move selected offsets by : 83
press move, then ok
the offset adjusted as 779 (moved 83 ms forward)
4. Timing > Move all notes in time...
input 83, then press ok

apply for all diffs
(don't kudosu btw)

*Pattern fixes
*Stream copied however i had to add few notes which made it slightly different.
*LN inserted, extras added and scattered around the area
* Deleted Meaningless note ( except some long notes which instead be put with another ln combos )

For the 4K EZ:
- I've applied the notes you suggested, it looks more better now

For the 4K NM:
- Removed Unnecessary Notes, and apply fixes as suggested
- I'm aware that it seem kinda hard for a normal map, I will probably do some notes reduction or easier arrangement on it

For the 4K HD:
