Currently beta. This goes beyond Minecraft, Mario Maker and probably LittleBigPlanet: You don't create LEVELS, but you create YOUR VERY OWN FULL GAME.
Will be released for Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows 8.1; simply put the dream app for the Microsoft diehard.
May require a PC with any decent i7 & GeForce (recommended NOT minimum). Radeon GPU is also okay (recommended). Check your specs.
May require Xbox Live--you may need your Xbox.
