Anyway, I see a lot of "Osu! needs more yuikonnu!" banners, and I was wondering if you can make one for the FELT doujin circle as well. It's not really for me but for all Osu! Users who love FELT. :D

For the requirements, I was thinking of the following:

BG image: a cute pic of cirno from touhou
Effects: frost and snow
Colors: shades of blue maybe
Text: Osu! needs more FELT!
