The spacing seems to be better now...

00:13:36 (1) - This spinner is not snapped in the timeline. Even if it is snapped before the offset change, it doesn't mean its snapped after. The offset at 00:13:27 sounds and feels out of place. Maybe adjusting it to where the spinner starts should fix it or even just removing that extra offset since its not really being used. But make sure to check the other notes as well to make sure they are snapped in place in the timeline.

I'd just like to comment on the map.
I think the map isn't that much fitting with the song, or rather, this isn't how the map should look for the feeling of the song.
The beat placements looks quite stiff, in contrast to the song which has a very jolly feeling, which is supposed to have a lot of movements. I find it getting mapped by the vocals inappropriate and it breaks the flow of the song because the beat sounds very continuous, and the straight sliders aren't even fit for the song.
That is all, and good luck on getting it ranked.
