Might wanna rethink the Futsuu's diff settings. Too high for my tastes.

General points seem to be fine.

Easy:
The spacing is a little inconsistent. Seen at 00:04:156 (2,3,1) - . I don't know if grid snap was used, but you may consider to put it off and move the objects according to DS.
00:19:242 (1,2) - I think this is too hard for an easy diff. Imagine new players play it. They might break here.Try a longer slider or circles instead.
00:56:956 (4) - ^
01:12:727 (2,3,1,2) - ^ again. I wouldn't use too fast sliders. try to keep it on 1/2 or sth. Remember, it's just my opinion. I think it's slightly too hard for easy.

Normal:
00:04:499 (4,5) - You may want to try out a short slider. I am not sure if it's better.
00:09:984 (2,3) - ^. Saying this, because it would turn into 1 hit only, not 2.
00:33:470 (2,3,4,5) - I would keep going with this pattern: 00:21:984 (1,2) -
00:41:184 (1) - The spinner actually ends on the next blue line, so switch to 1/4 and stretch it.
00:51:127 (2,3) - Move 3 to the right and a bit down. Looks and feels better.

All in all well playable, but the sliders have less flow than they could have. Try to connect their ends.

00:53:527 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - You have used some interesting angles at streams. If you still want to use them here, you should maybe move the last 4 circles marked and bend them into the middle of the editing graph (x=0, y=0). You should see that it will look like a star.
01:01:755 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - ^, dafuq. Try to make these streams a little bit more "round".
01:48:727 (5,6,7) - ^, Simply look at all streams, you will see, that some streams have clear edges.

mod <3 I haven't modded anything for almost three months, so sorry for maybe shitty modding xD

Insane

00:00:042 to 00:19:242 - Please decrease a bit the volume, it's painful! I suggest to use 35% (apply this to all diffs)
00:19:927 (1) - Select this slider and use ctrl+g for a better flow
00:21:470 (7,8) - Try to use normal whistles instead of soft whistles, I think they fit the music more (apply this to all diffs)
00:26:613 (7) - Try to use something like this, it fits the song better

00:37:756 (5) - Again, move this note to 00:37:670 and add a note in 00:37:842 then fix the spacing!

Since you aren't using a Storyboard, go ahead and turn all these off on each difficulty.

Difficulty Settings:
623: Try raising the AR and OD by 1. For the amount of 1/1s used, it'll be better with OD2, and AR3
Rakuen: Fine
Hard: HP+1 OD+1 | OD 4 from the normal to OD 5 for a hard isn't much of a gap, plus both the insane diffs use 8. better to balance it out.
Insane + Desperate: Fine

Kiai:
They're a bit inconsistent across all diffs, but there are a ton of GDs anyways, just make sure when you finish desperate that they're the same as the hard/insane.
Kiai #2: Starts on 01:00:556 - ends on 01:02:784 - on Hard. This should start at 01:00:384 - like the rest of the diffs.

00:53:870 (2) - remove the whistle from the head. You've been using a whistle only on the 4th white tick, so it ruins your consistency.
01:04:499 (3) - This may be a bit to clumped together and confuse newer players, can you give this a bit more room?

00:41:184 (1) - how about ending the spinner 1/4 later? You have other spinners that go after 1/1, so it shouldn't matter too badly. This just catches the correct sound if you wanted to be accurate.
01:05:527 (4) - Since you follow the vocals a ton in this song. how about deleting this? It'd make the hit on 01:05:870 (5) seem more important.
01:15:470 (3) - Because of how you have the claps at 01:14:099 (1,2) - Remove the one from the head of the (3) slider. Its better to be consistent at this point if you aren't using claps to catch the vocals here.
01:32:956 (4) - if you want to use this clap, maybe try lowering the volume a bit. it sticks out too much at this point.

If there is anything to fix, a few other hitsounds may sound a bit odd. Also, if you like blanketing, those could use some work. Other than that, this diff is nice.

[Hard]

00:03:813 (5,1,2,3) - a bit nazi but, you could blanket the circles around the end of the slider if you wanted.
00:05:013 (4) - how about trying a different sound effect instead of a clap on this slider? This part of the song calls for a break in claps. Not having any hitsounds as well, can also work.

00:23:184 (1) - This circle is a bit confusing, as it doesn't hit anything. It would make more sense to put it back 1/2 on the beat.

Make sure you are double-clicking the head, reverse, or tail end to select only that spot when you apply them. I suggest redoing each note, and then adding hitsounds so you don't forget to remove anything that isn't needed.
00:46:842 (1,6) - how about placing the (1) and (6) on the same location?
00:49:242 (7) - this note probably isn't needed. It doesn't add anything usefull to the song. Notice how you also always skip this note in the rest of this area.
01:05:699 (1) - Delete this as well so people are ready for the SV change. It also adds no value to the song.
01:39:984 (1) - As with the other ones I mentioned, this would probably be better played on the beat instead of a lead-in where there actually isn't anything leading-in at this spot.

01:53:870 (7,4) - Find a way to put the (4) where the (7)'s head is.

[Insane]
Well.. you literally mapped to everything in this song possible. I personally don't like this map. It seems like it should be toned down.. a lot if you plan on adding an even harder difficulty.
Examples like:
01:00:384 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5) - instead of making a stream this long, you could instead make reverse sliders that reverse twice (ending just before the white line) Something this long really seems overdone and unnecessary.

You do this quite a bit in the song as well. 00:54:299 (2,1) - these notes seems to stick out a bit more than they should, and some other things you can do is have the direction change if you are intent on keeping them happen on the white as well so its consistent.

Instead of more 1/4 notes, try adding more jumps and such. You don't have to really map to every single note possible on this song..

That's pretty much it. I feel its way to overmapped, even if you do hit all of the music. Just my personal opinion. The difficulty from hard to insane is waay to much.. To be honest. This could be used as your Desperation diff, and you could try to make an easier insane.

Instead of modding this, and the Desperation. I'll do a little peekthrough on the Taiko diffs.

01:38:270 (720) - D or K? | Finish happens on this circle as well in the music itself.

The Oni seems a bit random compared to others that I've seen, but as I mentioned, I'm not an Oni player, so I don't really know myself.

Kiai #2: Starts on 01:00:556 - ends on 01:02:784 - on Hard. This should start at 01:00:384 - like the rest of the diffs.

I suggest redoing each note, and then adding hitsounds so you don't forget to remove anything that isn't needed. I have to say that I don't know it anymore but I think I did it on purpose.

00:49:242 (7) - this note probably isn't needed. It doesn't add anything usefull to the song. Notice how you also always skip this note in the rest of this area. Deleted it :3

[Insane]
Well.. you literally mapped to everything in this song possible. I personally don't like this map. It seems like it should be toned down.. a lot if you plan on adding an even harder difficulty.
Examples like:
01:00:384 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5) - instead of making a stream this long, you could instead make reverse sliders that reverse twice (ending just before the white line) Something this long really seems overdone and unnecessary.

You do this quite a bit in the song as well. 00:54:299 (2,1) - these notes seems to stick out a bit more than they should, and some other things you can do is have the direction change if you are intent on keeping them happen on the white as well so its consistent.

Instead of more 1/4 notes, try adding more jumps and such. You don't have to really map to every single note possible on this song..

That's pretty much it. I feel its way to overmapped, even if you do hit all of the music. Just my personal opinion. The difficulty from hard to insane is waay to much.. To be honest. This could be used as your Desperation diff, and you could try to make an easier insane.

Instead of modding this, and the Desperation. I'll do a little peekthrough on the Taiko diffs.

Well, I've deleted some streams and remapped the parts. I was thinking about that too some time ago. The streams were terrible :/ I tried to reshape them and to shorten them. Btw, I don't know if you've noticed but the Desperate diff is just a GD.

Also small comments about Taiko difficulties:

Oni is too hard, it's more like an Ura/Inner Oni, try to lower the note density. Actually this is a big issue, as the jump from Futsuu -> Oni is very, very, veeeery big, I mapped a quite hard Muzukashii trying to fill this gap, but it is still big, very big.
An easier Oni would be needed to make a proper spread if you don't want to change this diff. Really consider this suggestion only if you're aiming for rank
There are some weird spots in Futsuu, I'll list them up adding some suggestions.
1. 00:07:307 (19) - This note was on purpose? I'd really delete it, a ddk pattern in 1/4 is too hard for a Futsuu.
2. 00:10:499 (26,27) - I'd suggest to remove these two notes, the small pause adds more emphasis to 00:11:013 (28).
3. 00:19:242 (45) - This drumroll plays a bit ankward, I'd suggest something like this.

du solltest das grid level erhöhen, dann kannst du die circles/slider prezieser setzen.
die hpdrain rate ist auch ein wenig zu hoch für eine hard map. ich würde sie auf 5 runter drehen.
Ar 8 ist für eine eher einfache hard map unüblich ich würde 7 benutzen.
01:36:042 (1) - 01:36:727 (1) - aus den beiden slidern hättest du eventuell irgendetwas kreativeres machen können als Geraden.

Before I start again, please consider adding some whistles to your Hard & Insane difficulty, you seem to lack them A LOT. Sorry, I can't help you with this because I suck at hitsounding (trust me, i really do). Here's the other mapset http://osu.ppy.sh/s/25739 you can check where to put whistles and stuff. If you seriously don't know how to hitsound and stuff, you can always ask some people to help you! It would make your Hard & Insane much better.

You seem to stick with the distance snap a lot here, that's not a bad thing, not at all. But, trying new stuff without the distance snap helps too, this is an Insane after all. Using few jumps doesn't hurt it, makes it better to be honest. You'll learn more when you start mapping more and stuff :3

00:09:470 (1,2) - (1)'s end and 2 have claps, I honestly think they don't fit at all, consider removing them.

You seem to stick with the distance snap a lot here, that's not a bad thing, not at all. But, trying new stuff without the distance snap helps too, this is an Insane after all. Using few jumps doesn't hurt it, makes it better to be honest. You'll learn more when you start mapping more and stuff :3

For the second part 01:59:013 (5,6,7) : The space between 5 and 6 is not the same between 6 and 7 and this makes the pattern look ugly, try to create something like this. They shouldn't be parallel (ignore the timeline again):

For the second part 01:59:013 (5,6,7) : The space between 5 and 6 is not the same between 6 and 7 and this makes the pattern look ugly, try to create something like this. They shouldn't be parallel (ignore the timeline again):

• change 00:00:042 - to be kat and change 00:00:384 - to be don. yeah, i know that you used o o o o to follow the increasing instrument pitch sounds right? well, but please consistent like 00:01:413 (8,9,10,11) - that you used o o o o. they have a same part of song and 100% they have same pitch sounds too (you can hear the instrument sounds carefully). so, they should have a same notes to keep the consistency of the patterns

• don at 00:04:670 . i changed it because the instrument is already low at there (and if you change to be don, it will make a better failing pitch sound from 00:04:156 - . they will be o o o o << balance droping pitch sounds as well)

• 00:05:527 (30,31,32,33) - same like the first mod. change to be o o o o to keep the consistency too

• delete 00:51:642 - . beside there's not any sounds at there, i deleted it to make a single note at 00:51:813 - , so at 1/2s at the next part the player will not be confused and tired

• change 00:54:899 - to be big don, to make it consistent like 00:43:927 - << they have a same part of song, and those part gives Finisher sounds too

• well, the finishers like at 00:55:927 - ; 00:57:127 - ; 00:57:299 - ; 00:59:870 - ; 01:00:042 - . yahh i know that you used them to follow the strong instrument pitch sounds which come at there. well, they make a little complicated for the Muzukashii player. and, before the finishers come out you used triplet notes. it makes a confusing pattern too if you still use finishers. my suggestion is you can just use a normal note (normal kat) at those part which i mentioned to you. a normal kat gives a same pitch sound like the strong instrument pitch sounds that you used finishers before

• all finishers from 01:05:870 - until 01:09:984 - . change them all to be normal notes. i changed them all because at that part, the song is calm there, isn't fit well to use finishers for the calm part

Okay, since it seems like the Taiko diffs have not been sufficiently revised, I try to throw some general advises to help you finding the right direction.

[General]

Generally, the spread is quite uneven. Honestly, I would try to find a concept, where you slowly introduce the 1/4 into the spread, e.g. starting with semi-simple triplets in the Oni and then show the full level of this song on the Inner Oni.
Unfortunately, I would consider the current spread as uneven and therefore as not really rankable.

[Cdh's Futsuu]

This diff is really fine, but should be revised by more modders anyways.

00:02:785 (7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - I'd put d k d k d kk. It stays consistent with previous and upcoming patterns and ensures a better readability on easier levels.
00:08:270 (20) - don, keep the rhythm!
00:14:784 (35,36) - k d?

[Dekaane's Muzukashii]

I dislike the usage of triplets, but that is just me. Mao told me that you put them to fill the spread, but you somehow oriented yourself more towards the Inner Oni. Overall, it's well mapped, but eh. Maybe I just disliked the way of 1/2 usage.

[Dekaane's Oni]

Oh, you use triplets of the same color quite frequent. While you want to orientate on the Inner Oni, you started to simplify too much here.
Try to base the Oni on more triplets like ddk and dkk, not only ddd or kkk. Try to limit the amount of streams that exceed 4 notes. Try to avoid complicated patterns a bit more.
tl;dr: The Oni is okayish, yet quite monotonue in pattern usage, whereas it tries to be harder to fit the spread with the Inner Oni. If you would enlighten the Oni more, it would fit into the spread way more.

[Cdh's Inner Oni]

To be honest, this appears quite overmapped and overdone to me. But just partially. I think you could enlighten certain parts a bit more, to fit more the spread to the Oni and to be less "hard for being hard". Mapping every noise in the background is not always working. For example 00:16:156 (99,100,101,102) - seems to be an unnecessary triplet for me.
00:46:670 (342,343,344,345,346,347,348,349,350,351,352,353,354,355,356,357,358,359,360,361,362,363,364,365,366,367,368) - Also this could be done differently, to maybe "stress" the main parts of the melody layer more.
This needs more serious modding to test it for playability and difficulty stability. I believe that this maps looks a bit exaggerated and doesn't really follow the actual pacing of what the song offers. I would enlighten it a bit and "reduce the complexity" of certain patterns and try to increase the readability more. And I'd reduce the amount of 1/4 streams that appear one after another. Try to simplify some patterns and don't try to catch every beat existing. This is not always working. Especially not on this current spread.

Before I can mod the diffs for real, I really like to see more revisions by other Taiko players and modders, especially on the spread and the Inner Oni. Also the Oni should be changed at some point. Pointing out specific patterns make no sense for now. The Futsuu is fine and that's why I could point out minor fixes to it. But the remaining diffs need more work and way more mods. Try to ask yourself, if the patterns are playing well, if the spread is even and stable.

Hi. I'm here to help a bit with the spread.

Loctav is right, the spread is uneven in this Taiko-set, but can be easily fixed without deleting or changing the difficulties in a bigger range.

The spread between Oni and Inner is denser as from Muzukashii to Oni. While both difficulties contain hard patterns with just less space for player to take a little "break" before upcoming patterns appear, Muzukashii only has easy patterns with additional monotonically triplets and some doublets.
To ensure having a well spread between Muzu, Oni and Inner, I suggest to make the Oni a bit easier - have some more 1/1 gaps and maybe tune the usage of 1/4 patterns a little bit down(or make them easier). Having this move would fix your spread problem - it would be larger but consistent and still respect your mapping(keeping your maps mostly untouched(?)).

Futsuu is pretty easy and appears to have the highest spread with Muzukashii. The best would be to make a new Muzukashii which is easier than the previous one and rename current one to Oni. Futsuu can be later adjusted after the new Muzu is made.

tl;dr:
- Make Oni easier to fix the spread between M - O - I
- Add a new Muzu to fix the spread between F - M
-> Rename current Muzu to Oni, Oni to Inner and Inner to Ura
- Adjust Futsuu in a way it fits in the spread (it might become easier if the new Muzu appears to be that easy)

That's my idea. If Loctav(and maybe the other TBATs) can approv this idea, then you should do it in this way because right now I don't see it as rankable set either.
Ah, no worries DakeDekaane and Mao. The new Muzu won't slower the modding process. I'm here and will mod it after Loctav is done with this.

I actually was about nerf my diffs, but after seeing 1881's Muzu I went with Ono's suggestion and just nerfed a bit Oni (now Inner Oni )a bit and buffed just a bit the Muzu (now Oni) to fit the new names. In fact I worried a lot about actual Inner Oni and ignored Futsuu completely, sorry about that orz. I was correct in my idea of making cdh's Inner a bit easier, that wouldn't hurt.

If the new Oni is still hard, I can still tone it down.

To be honest, this appears quite overmapped and overdone to me. But just partially. I think you could enlighten certain parts a bit more, to fit more the spread to the Oni and to be less "hard for being hard". Mapping every noise in the background is not always working. For example 00:16:156 (99,100,101,102) - seems to be an unnecessary triplet for me.
00:46:670 (342,343,344,345,346,347,348,349,350,351,352,353,354,355,356,357,358,359,360,361,362,363,364,365,366,367,368) - Also this could be done differently, to maybe "stress" the main parts of the melody layer more.
This needs more serious modding to test it for playability and difficulty stability. I believe that this maps looks a bit exaggerated and doesn't really follow the actual pacing of what the song offers. I would enlighten it a bit and "reduce the complexity" of certain patterns and try to increase the readability more. And I'd reduce the amount of 1/4 streams that appear one after another. Try to simplify some patterns and don't try to catch every beat existing. This is not always working. Especially not on this current spread.

Well changed some parts, mainly in the kiai, btw i think the ddddk ddddk patterns fits the "baka baka" in the kiai pretty well, so im not changing that, but I changed some dense parts.

Before I can mod the diffs for real, I really like to see more revisions by other Taiko players and modders, especially on the spread and the Inner Oni. Also the Oni should be changed at some point. Pointing out specific patterns make no sense for now. The Futsuu is fine and that's why I could point out minor fixes to it. But the remaining diffs need more work and way more mods. Try to ask yourself, if the patterns are playing well, if the spread is even and stable.

@Ono: I'll see how can I adjust the Futsuu to fit the Muzu ( and the spread ) more @_@
