Then we start.

Deadline in a week.

3 votes to lynch.

Also PAY ATTENTION HERE NEW RULE.

If there isn't a vote to lynch someone, all current players are swapped off with the waiting players. I've decided to disallow "No Lynch" for this game. Overall, the balance of town VS mafia if this happens will remain the same.

With that being said, enjoy the rushed lynches at the end of the week.

Why don't we start actually voting on suspicion?
My suspicion falls on adam, mostly for hammering strager.
NoHItter requested RVS, a stage where you can't get serious votes with arguments. That's bad for town.
Diamondrash' first post worried me at start:

I told you I forgot how to play...
Mostly no real reason for hammering strager besides the fact that he isn't dead for long and I'd like to keep this game rolling from the start.

I noticed that part in Diamond's post too although it didn't really worry me.

Nope, new role every time.

That means someone could be a doctor at first, then a goon later.

Or vise versa.

In a very simple way to say it, this game is Musical Chairs Mafia.

When the music stops (Everyone is the same role), the game ends. Those standing (dead) lose.

There are two possible roles: Mafia and Doctor. I don't think either are a boring role.

I assume you thought there was a Vanilla Townie. If that is true, you have to be a Mafia, unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Because of the style of the game, I feel like changing one of the rules and seeing how it works.

Now..

1. Unless otherwise stated in your Role PM, this game takes place in this thread only - do not discuss it anywhere else. Doing so will get you modkilled or immediately replaced, depending on the severity of the offence. (This is important for mafia games.)

Becomes:

1. Discussion outside of the thread is now allowed so long as the host is either forwarded the PMs or PM'd a link to where the discussion is taking place. Logs are also acceptable.

Editing front page to show this.

Reasoning: The way the game is styled, it doesn't really matter much if you can PM each other. Just be wary now that people may be having hidden conversations behind your back.

Now blargh.

Here's my interpretations of the votes. If you have anything to add (e.g. I misunderstand someone's argument), feel free to do so.

Argument against Wojjan
Wojjan made a Freudian slip by not knowing about the Doctor role (which would only occur if he wasn't a Doctor, and the only other role is a Mafia member).

Argument against nooodl
nooodl is, accoring to Wojjan, "very caught up in this game". To me, though, he just seems interested in keeping the game moving (as I am).

Argument against Powerdrone
nooodl says Powerdrone is acting out of place. I couldn't say because I don't know Powerdrone. Voting solely due to a metagame reason is kinda out there IMO, too.

That's a pretty weak defense, IMO. It's not illogical but I'm having difficulty believing you.

I don't want the game turning into crap, so I'll do this:

If someone wants to vote for Wojjie I'll re-place my vote. Now, at least, we get a lynch and we aren't gay'd.

On a logic-related note:

Last night I conceived a method for increasing the chance of the Town winning and therefore likely decreasing the length of the game. I'll need to be alive tomorrow to lay out the plans, of course, so we can execute them. If I say them now I'm not sure we'll have enough time to do it and the Mafia will try to ruin the whole operation (there are several ways to help the Mafia if it isn't done properly) so we'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Extra extention due to me apperently not posting that rule somewhere.

So, let's do this again.

It's 3 to lynch. If there is no official lynch by deadline, ALL LIVING PLAYERS ARE REPLACED BY THE DEAD PLAYERS.

That being stated (again), I now give a week expansion for the last time.

Okay, the plan:

Everyone pledges they will protect another person. Each person has only one person protecting them, forming a ring.

If we can make a no-lynch (without penalty), we can do that.

If not, or if we want the game to not dwindle to an elimination fest, we need to remove one person from the ring, and they will be lynched.

Living players, in order from the OP:
  1. Wojjan
  2. DeathxShinigami
  3. strager
  4. DiamondCrash
  5. Powerdrone311
Let's say that's the ring; Wojjie protects DxS, DxS protects strager, and so on. Powerdrone protects Wojjie.

Now, we see who is killed during the night, if anyone. If someone is killed, we lynch the person who was supposed to have protected them because either they aren't playing the game right or they aren't a Doctor (and thus are a Mafia Good). If no one is killed, oh well; continue with the next day.

Today, I am going to Protect: Powerdrone.
