That aside, quad cores, provided that they are clocked at the same or even just slightly lower clock rate as a dual core, DO provide only marginal improvements on the games that are out right now. Of course, that drastically changes once games come out that are designed for it.

Point being, quad core IS better. Just not THAT much better right now.
