Your timing seems to be good, but why does your Lunatic difficulty have different timing sections? All uninherited (red) sections need to be the same for all difficulties, and the ones you put there in Lunatic are not needed. Also run AiMod first (ctrl+shift+A) to check and fix other problems with the map for every difficulty.
