that means you booth have 3 choices.

3.) use the FinalX version, the HD parts that work for you will work, the others will be used from the
.....SD skin elements.

they are t big for the forum.
therfore you have to click on the big one first, so that it is shown in its original size so that the box expands)
if you do so, they are shown correctly.

there are only Selection-mods.png in HD and SD
and Selection-mode.png in HD and SD
and all of them are there
not one of them is missing, i still have all the files, as well as the .osk's i have uploaded, they are all there.
and i don't believe that they will just dissapear while making a .osk

I can't help ypi with a problem that isn't there,
all skins are working just fine for me (Screen resolution 1920X1080)(8GB RAM)(etc.)

i didn't forget it. it is right there in my folders.
i right click the folders and creat the renamed .zip archive into a .osk
here the .raw and the .osk archive opened with winRAW.
the files are in there
the only problem i might imagine is that Osu! makes some mistakes with the .osk
and some files are missing.
try it with the .raw. it should be there.

i already have written 4 tests (German, Physics,Kommunikation and technik, russian.
Tommorow i am going to write Electronical Technik and Mathmatic.
This is skin is simply amazing! Lemme break it down to ya:
Cursor - cute little cog gear xD
Pause menu - Probably my favourite part of the skin. It's so SnK-ish!
Song select - I like the simple texture and the sound when you hover over something :3
Mod select - Neatly done
Spinner - Dat Colossal xD
Standard osu! skin - Love that health bar and circle texture
Other parts I didn't mention - Well made!
BUT! I found the osu!mania skin VERY problematic. Why?
-> The color scheme. It is VERY VERY hurtful to the eye. Plus, I can't even see the small notes coming.
- The play area is a little too wide for comfort.
As an addicted player of osu!mania, I would be delighted if these would be solved.
Anyway, I love this skin but the osu!mania part of it is what I hate. If you could please alter that a little, I would probably keep this skin on my osu! forever.

as for the Mania part, i know about those things already.
well, at least abot the wideness of the play area.
as for that, there are always people who like, and who dislike things.
i also had people who realy did like the Mania part.
as for the collor, i don't see how it is hurting the eyes, its not to flashy, to shiny or to bright.
overaly rather dark but still very good visible collors.
and i can't understand how you aren't capable to se the Red and white Mania Hits
i chose those collors exactly because the eye grasps them very fast,
red is a signal collor, so you should react just fine to them.
as for the wideness of the play area, there should be alternative configuration files in the skin folder.
just exchange them.
I can't do more for you when the topic of critique and dislikement is Mania!.

i know that it would be better, if it would go faster. If i slack off to much, and take to much time people will lose interest in the skin, or might even delete it because no further ubdates will come that might remove their last problems with the skin.deadbeat wrote:

all links for 3.xx are dead, the only ones available are 4.0 Final X, 4.4 Final SD, 4.4 Final HD o.o

have you tried differen't versions.
if you can USE HD skins try 4.4 Final HD
if you can use HD skin elements all things should show just fine.
if that won't work, and HD elements won't work i'd recomend to use 4.4 Final SD.
all elements are there and it should work for everyone.
in the worst case you jsut would have to wait for the next update, that will surley come, not sure when exactly thou.
the faster the better.
for me on my end, all is working just fine without any problems.

hmm,, some people have problems with .osk files, and sometimes osu! is messing smth up with them, that is my fundamental reason why i don't like to use them, on the other hand it is easier on most of the people to just double click them.Smile-Jeff wrote:

if you have download final X it should be a raw archiv, you would have to unpack, and put the skin into the skin folder manual.
could you please tell me what exactly you downloaded, and how you proceded after the download in detail, i realy would like to help you if it is possible ^^

but i theoreticaly reuploaded it, and it should have been fixed, even thou the files were in their.
will upload a update for all my Versions tommorow, hopefully the problem will be fixed after wards.

so, will reupload them all now, the problem should be gone then, i hope =D
and i added some new things, but not all i have worked on so far, because alot of it is either nnot ready yet or i don't like it as mch as to input it in the dl yet.

the things you wanted to be changed should be changed.
added the ranking screen.
added taiko (but will improve it firther)
and there are still some things i have worked on so far that aren't included, things i will add if i 100 % am okay with them,
like the sounds and so on. ^^

1st.) which version did you download ? SD, HD or X ?
second, was the cursor like this from the very beggining, or did it happen latter on.
please look in the skin folder, is the file there ?
and, in the skin folder are several other cursors, so feel free to use some of them if you like them more.
changing the file might hep to solve this problem.
The normal cursor is missing, there's only a "cursor@2x" in the folder (version 4.8)
i am using FINAL X because it's the only one that works for me and the cursor disappeard later on and haven't come back. The cursor are on the file there i downloaded but i am to scared to clicking around on that file don't want to mix stuff up and don't know how to fix it so it would be nice if you could help.

for those who have problems with them not showing up, just take the ones for V4.8 FinalX and put them in
(one from the @2x and one from the normal ones, offcours the same ones) (to lazy to reupload all again, my internet is ass lame >_<)

have you changed the game resolution or something ingame ?
download the files that are in the link, switch them for the alternative cursor folder in the skin folder.
and take one file each,
so from the cursor you do like,
the Cursor file and the cursor@2x file that are looking the same.
take them from the alternativ cursor folder and insert them in the skin folder.
might fix your problem and should only take at max 60 seconds

i looked through quit some skins in the completed skin compendium already, and there are ones that are by far,
realy by far less complete as this one.
therfore i see this as your absolut last oppinion, and will judge this in the way,
that you just don't want to accept this, i am totaly fine with this.
please just go, leave this skin, you are no help anyway. =D
