More or less. I end up most nights staying awake till 6AM, and then sleeping till the afternoon (Anywhere from 2 to 4, and rarely 6).

Depends on how I'm feeling. If I'm sleepy (which is all the time), it'll be less than 1/4th of the bar. If I feel like dancing, or singing even, I'll raise it up as high as my ears can take, which eventually fills up the entire volume bar.
