00:10:69 (6) - try moving this back to 00:10:51 and shortening to 00:11:06.
00:11:96 (7) - Try moving back to 00:11:60, and adding a beat at 12:14
00:23:53 (2) - Move to 00:23:16 and place a beat at 00:23:71.
00:27:50 (1) - Try moving to 00:27:32 and placing a new beat at 00:27:68. Also, make the 00:26:96 (7) - the beginning of a new combo, not 00:27:50 (1).
00:37:78 - Place a note here
00:41:60 (2) - move to 00:41:42.
00:42:14 (3) - Move to 00:41:96.
00:49:55 (1) - I'd probably remove this beat, make the next on a new combo, and
00:51:00 - place a note here
01:03:65 (1) - Move this forward to 01:03:83

Actually, i think many of your New Comboes shoud be fixed, but the maps plays kinda good, so there's no need.

Offset probably shouldn't be negative. Set it to 397.
Use smallest grid (level 3). You can chage it in View -> Grid level.

After changing to grid lv. 3 scan whole song on Easy and Normal and fix little spacing problems, like 00:30:03 (1,2,3) in Easy or 00:34:01 (3,4,5,6) in Normal. I am not mentioning them all, they're tiny, and should be fixed only because it'll look nicer

[Easy]
00:21:00 (x) - add note here.
00:20:63 (3,4,5,6,7) - and the fix spacing.
00:22:62 (1,2,3,4) - looks ugly.
00:25:69 (6,7) - spacing.
00:27:68 (3,4,5) - spacing.
00:32:02 (6) - move 1/2 earlier and fix spacing.
01:14:13 (4,5,6) - spacing.

[Normal]
Some combos are too long - IMO they should not be longer than 8, 9 notes.
01:27:32 (1) - end it at 01:28:771.
00:11:24 (1,2,3) - spacing.
00:35:81 (8,9,10,11,12) - spacing.
00:47:56 (2) - move 1/2 earlier, fix spacing.
And some combos help:
01:15:75 (1), 01:20:27 (1), 01:26:24 (1) - remove new combo
01:09:07 (6), 01:14:49 (9), 01:18:10 (2), 01:21:00 (2) - add new combo.
These are just few at the end of map - go around it and add more new combos, and remove some if some combo is really short (3 notes or less)

- Strange placement, but that's not necessarily bad per se... just don't place stuff randomly all over the map. Look for clean patterns and sequences to work it.

[Easy]

* Please work on spacing, this is Easy and it's pretty difficult with all the thirds and such you have. Use Distance snapping whenever you can.

* 00:21:99 (7) - What is this snapped to on the time line? I snapped it 1/4 tick back, sounds okay there. But personally, I'd just remove it.
* 00:51:72 (6) - I'd end this repeat earlier.
* 00:56:78 (4) - New combo?
* 01:01:84 (3,4) - This doesn't work well. You should fill in the blanks before it.

[Normal]

* 00:13:77 (7) - New combo.
* 00:14:13 (1) - Remove new combo.
* 00:56:42 (1) - ^
* 00:56:78 (2) - New combo.
* 00:58:04 (1) - Remove new combo.
* 01:06:18 (2) - Possibly combine this slider with (3)?

Your offset is still at 351. Wasn't suppose to be changed to 397?

Resnap all notes afterwards and move all your notes and sliders to their correct places.

There are 3 .osb files in the folder for this map. There is no SB so it would be best to delete them.

Yeah, well... playing this map to the rhythm is impossible... I guess that re-mapping it will be the best solution.

[General]

You need to fix the artist/name properly. The other ranked map has "Abingdon Boys School" as artist, it doesn't needs to be all caps.*
Please capitalize the Source correctly. The tags can be however you want, but the source can't. It should be "Darker than Black".
Lower the hitvolume a bit, please.

[All Difficulties]

This might need more hitsounds. If you think you suck at adding hitsounds, you can request a "hitsound mod" in #mod.

[Easy]

Slider Velocity is way too high! And even more for an Easy difficulty! You need to lower it to get it ranked.
I believe you have done a good start. However, there are many perfectionist (nazi) mods out there, so be sure to recheck everything with Distance Snap OR AIMod (Ctrl-Shift-Alt to activate).
Do not use 1/4 in an Easy difficulty if you can!

00:33:29 (1,2) - Check the spacing.
00:37:62 (7) - Please try to not do this next time! Right now, it's impossible to know how many repeats this slider has.
00:41:05 (1,2) - I can't find anything that matches these beats. Be sure to follow the steady rhythm you had before (at around 00:34:73).
01:06:71 (2,3) - Move these 1/4 forward. Also move (3) 1/2 forward after that.
01:08:34 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Move 1/4 forward.
01:16:29 (7,8) - Same issue as 00:37:62.
01:25:23 (1) - End this spinner at 01:28:93.

[Normal]

This is too hard for a [Normal]. You can call it "Normal+", if you don't want to remap it (again).

00:47:29 (3) - This beat should be 1/4 forward.
00:55:24 (3) - This one should be 1/4 backward.
00:55:87 (5) - This one should be 1/2 backward.
01:06:17 (2) - You should extend this slider by 1/2.
01:07:25 (4) - This slider sounds weird, move it 1/2 forward.
01:16:29 (7) - 1/6ths are kinda weird at this point.
01:27:31 (1) - End this spinner like in [Easy].

[Hard]

The BPM is different from the other difficulties! Please make it the same.

00:41:06 (1,2) - I know you halved the BPM, but the spacing must not change.
00:43:95 (6,7) - Check the spacing.
00:54:97 (2) - Shorten this slider by 1/4.

* Many people have had problems changing the artist/name, so I'll give you some instructions.

How to change the artist/name properly:

SPOILER

1. - Make sure you have the previous artist/title you were using before attempting to do this.
2. - Check back the menu if it says "Latest version but not approved".
3. - Enter to the editor again in any difficulty.
4. - Change the artist/title in that difficulty, and save.
5. - Now Full Submit - without going back to the menu.
6. - Wait...
7. - Once it's done, fix the artist/title in the other difficulties.
8. - Now a Standard submission will do.
9. - Done! Make sure you fix the thread title too; it isn't fixed by the BSS.

00:10:52 (6) - I don't think both sides needs clap.
+This slider is a bit far from previous notes.
00:13:41 (2,3,4,5) - Not sure but they are a bit out of map.

00:43:04 (3,4) - huurrrr~ even if it's really distant in the timeline please let them be wayyy farther :/

00:50:27 (4,5,6,7) - select them all and move 1 grid down..
00:56:95 (5,6,7,8) - spacing is a bit painful around here (especially 7,8) but alright I think. Can be played naturally..
01:02:46 (6,1) - Very unnatural with the rhythm
01:03:28 (2,3,4) - out of map :/

You need hitsound mods, I think. I'm not good with this so I can't really help.

I do not under stand how you added new combos, so I am not modding combos.

Suggestions for all diffs:
Lower hitsound volume. The hitsounds overpower the music and sometimes make it inaudible. I also suggest you add a separate volumes for the chorus and the intro.
Add kiai to the chorus?

Easy:
00:23:89 (3) - distance snap (probably caused by the note being too close to the edge)
00:44:49 (5) - distance snap

Normal:
00:47:38 (3) - spacing

Hard;
resnap all notes since quite a few of your ending notes are not snapped

Increase hit circle size by one.

00:22:044 (1,2,3) - This are not aligned, was this intentional? If not then put them in line.
00:31:084 (4) - Finish end of slider.
00:44:049 (5) - Add some hitsounds to this slider, clap every third beat, or anything really.
00:54:061 (1) - Clap the end?
01:24:096 (4) - Finish.

- You might also want to add some hitsounds to the other returning sliders.

Normal +:

00:14:049 (4) - Finish?
00:55:051 (4) - Right one for symmetry unless this was intentional.
00:58:076 - Add a beat here.
01:20:098 (1,2,3) - Down one square to be symmetrical with 01:20:026 (3) -

Hard:

00:08:053 (6,7,8,9) - Move all this one square right, unless you intended to have a jump at 6.
00:15:067 (5) - I personally don't like this note being here, I would just have the slider return on it, but this is up to you.
00:21:000 (1) - Right one for symmetry.
00:24:097 (5,6,7,8) - These are a little off grid, not sure how far is too far...
00:44:049 (7) - Left one.
01:13:040 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Move the whole combo one left if you want symmetry.

Overall
I think you could add a few more hitsounds, experiment and see what you like. Also I think your map might benefit from some curved sliders and some interesting patterns, the way it's laid out is fine as it is though if you want to keep it that way.

01:07:257(2) : just suggestion, but i think it feels better on the next red tick, however it's just my opinion =)

Normal+:
00:22:268 : i'd had a 5th note here because this passage feels very confuse to me
00:22:991 : ^ 8th note this time between the note and the slider, same remark, i just thinks it fits better with the lyrics
01:07:257(4) : hum, i don't feel at ease with that slider ... i'd personnaly make this begin here 01:07:438 and end it here 01:07:980, i think it feels better but that's just the way i see it ...
01:10:329(5,6) : i don't really understand why wouldn't you make this fit with the lyrics, i think it would feel much better if the both of them were a red tick before

Hard:
00:28:773(5) : move one grid up, it will be ligned with the 4
00:40:878 : i would had a note here, but do what you want of course ^^
01:01:295(1) : i'd move it one grid up (a litttle bit nazi, sorry ^^)

So, i think it's all, i just reproach you to be a little confusing in the Normal+ diff, sometime it fits with the lyrics, sometime not at all, but otherwise, your map is cool, the song too. Maybe a comboburst to add ? it would be cool ^^

REALLY unsure about those....I think the mods like moving notes that much and adding that many notes is long gone
