00:12:336 (8,9,1) - I see no reason for using a higher distance space, just make it normal. No sound which could justify it and neither a voice. Keeping the general Distance would mess up the Look.
00:17:227 (6,7,8) - Offbeat for the vocal. Add a note 00:17:717 at and it works better. Else it can be treated as unrankable. This.. should work how it is.
00:19:836 (5) - Maybe it is better to have a reverse arrow here instead of a new note at 00:20:162. Voice makes it weird again. Good.
00:20:651 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Inconsitent distance. Fixed.


Overall difficulties are fine, but I see no reason for having those different spaces in Hard. Also Hard feels like an Insane and the diff-spread between Normal-Hard isn't so good as well. I would rather suggest to make one easier Hard and rename the current Hard to Insane. Hard is actually fine, except of one, two Parts this is totally a Hard Diff. :c

I mostly focused on the timing and general settings on this map. The difficulties seem okay, but there's quite a few general problems. Also, if you look this up on Nico Nico Douga, there's a japanese title to this song. The title in the map data should be the japanese version and the romanised version should be the english verison (what you have now).

How about using a more even curve with a single arc here. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/723999 If you want to keep your shape in this pattern, I suggest altering the arc on 1 to be softer like in the screenshot and then reposition the notes accordingly. I would prefer the former though because it fits better with the parts after which have a single arc. Should be more neat now (I hope so!)

Make 00:15:836 (3) - symmetrical and the angle here 00:15:836 (4,5,6) - disconnects the transition and makes it feel like there are two separate patterns instead of one coherent one. 00:17:793 (1,2,3) - Design is random, structure is unpolished, and the flow is weird. My thoughts: 00:18:608 (3) - might carry a better flow broken up into notes. If you don't agree, please work on your blankets. Both blankets don't retain the same distance across the entire face of the blanket. They create a blanket with their current position. I purposed here that you start at (1), then going to (2) and then having a short kickback to (3) again. And I find that fine for now.

1. If this map is not designed for wide screen support, consider disabling Widescreen Support in your Hard difficulty. (Song setup under Design Tab). Otherwise, you could just enable it on your Easy and Normal difficulties. Take note that your video size is 640x360 which is indeed 16:9 video format, so widescreen support will be possible. :3
2. For a short map like this, I would consider increasing the drain rate and overall difficulty by 1 for all difficulties so it would balance the completion a little more.
3. For the last green timing section at 00:38:655, it's not really necessary to lower the hitsound volume to 40% as the music is still at it's full volume at that point before the music fades out and it would not be a consistent contrast to the music.

5. 00:15:193 (1) - This slider shape could be a bit nicer. If you want, you could try to improve this slider a little bit (maybe a 3-point slider or something).
6. 00:24:323 (2) - Again, compare to your other difficulties, you added a soft-whistle but in this difficulty you added a normal-whistle. If this is a guest difficulty, then I can understand. Otherwise, you should replace it with a soft-whistle for consistency. o.o
