Funny you are being quite consistent in not spelling.

Random statistic stuff: Although Namco Original is still the genre with the highest average difficulty, Vocaloid is very close and with a much smaller standard deviation (no 5* and under.)

When you say "authentic", do you mean "levels from another game"? If so, you are free to do this as long as you have rights to do so – in a similar fashion to the music you use to map to.
Oooooh.

So that technically means if we're using the song from said game then the chart should also be usable. As I understand it, that's a yes as long as you have the song up in the BSS.

How are you guys spazzing over that video? Even if you can't see/understand Japanese to read the title, you should at least have payed enought attention to see that the dude was on the video tab and not the game tab. That was the very first thing I noticed. lol

Tatsh is just speculation. Tomosuke never made a song in Taiko. MEGA is not from Konami (commissioned artist) so he doesn't count.

I have no idea how they picked the winners back then
Things were even less convincing in that one since we have no idea how the songs sounded like and had to take Manco's word for it

The Tatsh=Zeami thing has enough proof tossed around that makes it one confirmation short of being canon
(I have a list y'know)
it's a bit similar to the TAG=Mitsuru situation actually
